New house across my street, they moved out for mold problem. We never saw them for 2 months, no idea why at the time. Grass was never cut. Other neighbor suggested we all clean it up, I discouraged since we didnt know circumstance. Turned out the back window had been broken into, cleared out the good stuff. He keeps it cut now. You are a good man with a good heart, but need to stay off property without permission.
I read a story about an elderly person who let their yard overgrow because they loved the wildflowers and bunnies and butterflies and listening to the birds. Then a UA-camr came by and mowed their lawn without permission when they weren't home and took away that joy. You should never cut a lawn without permission.
I understand why neighbors cold sue somebody for making changes without permission. I had a bunch of brush near my house between my house and a neighbors. At one time there was a fence there, fence long gone, brush still there. I was going to cut it all down, but I thought that I would ask the neighbor first. She didn’t want the brush removed and I couldn’t convince her otherwise. So for three years I waited, when she went in the nursing home I cleared the brush out. I don’t know what she would of done if I had just it.🤷🏻♂️
What a genius. "I got sued for doing something like this and lost, so I'm going to do it again even though it doesn't help anyone in any way, shape, or form."
Reminds me of when my wife and I were in a big accident the near killed us. So no money to speak of and no means to mow our front yard. Guess what ? All the neighbors would gather across the street and loudly complain. They knew our situation. No one did anything. So I just left it when I did have the ability for someone to cut it. City never said anything. But when the lawn weeds reached 2 feet and more I finally had it cut. And from then on, when I saw one of those wonderful neighbors, I always gave them the one finger salute.
I lived in an HOA neighborhood that was that way for a while but then we had a change on the board and a bunch of us took it over that actually cared. We knew each other well enough to know that if someone was struggling and rather than write a dang letter one of us would just go cut the grass for them if a neighbor hadn't stepped up and done it all before we got there. We very rarely wrote any warning letters once things settled into a routine. And those were for big things that people should have known better. Like trying to open a diesel repair shop in your front driveway inside a subdivision.
@@jakeo2600 actually I do. All the old neighbors have gone. F anyone who complains and does nothing when fully able to do so as I did for my neighbor who was an older lady. I cut my yard, I cut hers. One of the townships near me will fine people for doing just this. It is stupidity and greed at its best. Only reason I know is I worked for maintenance company and we cut the grass until a renter would move in. The property next door was getting out of hand and we cut grass and bushes back of our side and city inspector happened to see us. He said stop or you will get a ticket for unauthorized work and he could have even fined us just for trimming the bushing. Even though they were 4 to 5 feet over the property line. After asking a ton a questions and him not answering much, we told the boss and he found out, yup we could get $500 fine for unauthorized work. Just so happens the fine for the uncut grass was $500.
I'd guess squatters might live there, lights and ac on, sorta fresh delivered food on the front porch. Some get ahead by hurting others and some get ahead by helping others.

@@Dirtmonkey I really like the trimmer all things considered and wish I had another but after the original unit went bad and the warranty unit went bad, I am not sure if I want to buy another and risk trigger issues again. That happened to my old land lord and the township came in and cut the grass and cut a couple branches and gave him a bill for 800$ dollars Canadian so you just save the person responsible for the house money.
Honestly, that house may be a great investment. Check to see if the taxes are paid up. If not, you can file a court order to take ownership on the price of just the taxes
Misse3d clipping a lot of edges and large areas round the back near the wall of the house. The council will enact under its notice because of those trimming errors.
No good deed goes unpunished. I've tried to be a good class representative at our college, finding solutions that work for the students and lecturers, but so many times my colleagues will throw me under the bus after I do what they ask. But I have good relationships with the lecturers, so they believe me when I give my reasoning behind why I request certain things, I only do something when the majority asks me to apply for it, but like I said, no good deed goes unpunished. The toughest people are those that work for free.
If you have more than 50% of that mutilated money with a complete serial number, your bank will exchange it for a good one. I hit a 20 mowing a commercial property one time and was able to find 3/4 of it. Took it to my bank and she told me that as long as I have more than half (so you can't bring in the other half and get double) with a complete serial number it's good. They turn it over to the federal reserve and are reimbursed.
Love your videos Stan, but in this case your way over the line here. Your basing your assumptions that the house is abandoned and your most likely correct. The door may have opened once, but entering the home the second time is trespassing. If it's still owner occupied and they just happen to be slobs and at home you may find yourself looking down the wrong end of a gun. The story of paying 9k was the result of messing with someones property without permission and people are really protective about that, insanely protective. Have to know your boundaries.
Breaking and entering is defined as the entering of a building through force without authorization. The slightest force including pushing open a door is all that is necessary.
Speaking of boundaries my neighbor had to have plumbing work done the other day so they chopped up his sidewalk and poured the dirt and the easy up on the my property so they could work without ever asking permission I just happen to come by around the side and saw all the stuff piled up and he said I’ll clean it up as if you bet you will and there’s still a bit of debris and dirt left over now that they have repaired the plumbing. This neighbor does not like me and we have had some issues in the past so perhaps he just doesn’t care. I don’t know if it’s worth suing about but I did get lots of photos.
That's why I don't do anything free for anyone anymore. Because they all want to get over on you. If I do do something for somebody I'm making them sign a contract and taking pictures before and after. So that way if they try to take me to court and sue me. I can throw it back in their faces and countersue them. I don't trust anyone.
Probably a dumb question but why are you doing this in the first place for free? I may have missed some thing in the intro or the comments. If I did I will pay more attention next time.
Looking at the inside of that house from the basement, the builder having used floor trusses its probably a well built house. However, that deck is a disaster waiting to happen. Only 2 posts, and I'll bet anything not a lag bolt in the ledger.

You're an idiot this guy is being nice that is being nice if you would Sue him for going on your property and doing a free job you're an idiot.
What’s your thoughts on the cut quality on that Toro? Looks like it missed a lot of stuff for a first pass.
Glad I’m not the only one that stalls my zero turn out when I forget to release the brake 😂
You must have a wonderful life
@@jakeo2600 actually I do. All the old neighbors have gone. F anyone who complains and does nothing when fully able to do so as I did for my neighbor who was an older lady. I cut my yard, I cut hers. Then she was put in a home and shortly passed away. We as a society have forgotten to help each other.
In highschool we learned that you have committed a BREAKING AND ENTERING .
" IN HIGHSCHOOL"
I just noticed you're wearing Kujo shoes! I got some myself and actually enjoy them! Whats your thoughts? I use mine for Landscaping :)
It’s nice you are Helping, However if you FIND Any DOORS or Windows Open on What’s Look 👀 like a Empty House….. Needs to Call 📞 the Non-Emergency Police Number.
I've recently learned that there are people in this world who aren't just angry and mean or rude or unappreciative but they are out right bad people who only care about their own profit regardless who they hurt in the process. I'm sorry you've came across one of them people as well.
You sir , are one of the good guys. GB
I would never do that. People are unthankful and this house looks like squatters IMO....
And if you do decide to be the hero. Make sure you post it on UA-cam. The women in Michigan must love girly men .. unreal 🤦
The squatters can create same lawsuit and claim he trespassed which is on film. Not a fan of this either.
Sick of his clickbait too. I agree, this is pathetic.

I'd guess squatters might live there, lights and ac on, sorta fresh delivered food on the front porch. Some get ahead by hurting others and some get ahead by helping others.
That is a great action helping other thank you sir i send u a billion likes 👍👍👍👍👍
Your choice, your time, your gas, your risk sorry brother some people have no couth, no good deed, but you live & you learn. But you did a great job anyway👍
That looks like a pretty nice house!! Probably would be a great investment property ✌️ nice job on the lawn !
THis looks like a really good pick up to the portfolio... what a steal, "bones look good". Foreclosures make a really good profit. Niice, tho ya shouldve been honest. You gonna do a collab With HOLMES on HOMES??
that is an excellent idea!
That lav mic sounds great! You should use it in the trade show videos too. Is that the Rode Wireless Go?
I'll be like getting an autograph from you but you got to sign them first LOL
Nice job on the external remote microphone. That works really well.
Don't let one crazy stop you from doing good deeds.
I noticed you were using the EGO commercial trimmer. Have you guys had any issues with the trigger losing variable speed or even going out all together? I have had two of the same trimmer have bad triggers after about one year of use each. Ego honored warranty on only one of them.
Mine work amazing!
@@Dirtmonkey I really like the trimmer all things considered and wish I had another but after the original unit went bad and the warranty unit went bad, I am not sure if I want to buy another and risk trigger issues again. I should have another warranty unit but ego must have decided not to send me another.
Man have you ever heard the old sayig : a leason learned, is a lesson earned...
Bet the neighbors loved you doing that.funny place that nice.some neighbors wouldn't had done the same their selves.
Did any of the neighbor's come out and thank you or give you water? GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!
As soon as I saw how they lived, I'd be gone. Don't wanna help yourself you get no free handouts
You're a good man.
That happened to my old land lord and the township came in and cut the grass and cut a couple branches and gave him a bill for 800$ dollars Canadian so you just save the person responsible for the house money.
Show you some l9ve came over from VICTORY you do great work
Looks like the blades needs to be sharpened, but this time of year the grass gets tough to cut
I really do want that aquarium for my turtle🤣
It’s Crazy that people are that ungrateful I’d been like hell yeah guy fixed my wall too!
Great video, love watching.
Grass Rats For Life.👍
12:55 like visiting the grandparents all over again
Honestly, that house may be a great investment. Check to see if the taxes are paid up. If not, you can file a court order to take ownership on the price of just the taxes
👍no 5 gallon buckets?I need a bucket with the mop lol
Yes Stanley, if you want it to be chocolate pudding on the wall. It's chocolate pudding. 😉👌
Good deed you’re doing with the lawns.
I try
No good deed goes unpunished!! Lol
Misse3d clipping a lot of edges and large areas round the back near the wall of the house. The council will enact under its notice because of those trimming errors.
That’s what you get for getting in other peoples business!!!👀👀👀
No good deed goes unpunished.
I've tried to be a good class representative at our college, finding solutions that work for the students and lecturers, but so many times my colleagues will throw me under the bus after I do what they ask. But I have good relationships with the lecturers, so they believe me when I give my reasoning behind why I request certain things, I only do something when the majority asks me to apply for it, but like I said, no good deed goes unpunished.
The toughest people are those that work for free.
HAHAHA love the allergies part must be fun doing that. But I enjoyed the mower point of view.
I think his point was to not take anything away from the property. Good to know how to replace damaged currency!
It was all good till he walked in.
Breaking and entering is defined as the entering of a building through force without authorization. The slightest force including pushing open a door is all that is necessary.
And now there is video evidence posted online...
@@skippytwonder Not if the door was open even partially; trespassing.
No way! You can't be for real! What a nutty world! That's scary.
Not totally free since we watch the video and youtube pays thru ads!
Looking at the inside of that house from the basement, the builder having used floor trusses its probably a well built house. However, that deck is a disaster waiting to happen. Only 2 posts, and I'll bet anything not a lag bolt in the ledger.
Wow 3k$ per pole now that's steep..
A guy doesn't have to look 4 trouble its all around us! Happy weekend
