This story is basically a Venom story. Like a symbiote went into the body of this kid and were the causes of the voices of his head. The symbiote guided/controlled him his entire life, giving him a chance to do bad things but the kid never did. He was always good at heart trying his best to resist the powers of the symbiote. Eventually he let the symbiote take full control of him due to the influence and agonizing pain the symbiote was causing and being pushed to rage by idiots. Those jocks at the end deserved what they got. My favorite part was when he fully embraced the dark power. Even the last line "We are everything" sounds a lot like "We are Venom". Great story!
I wouldn't say they 'deserved' what they got, but they definitely needed sense knocked into them.
Not going to lie the story came off a little as the quiet kid harboring a demon becomes it what the typical douchiest type of people surrounded him. A good story
Yeah, went a little on the cringe side in the second half, personally I think a more subtle takeover would have been scarier but I still liked it.

@EliT lol actually the idea for this particular story came from a co-worker who wanted me to write a story where the main character gets tormented to the point he becomes the demon. So releasing control was the plan from the get go. Shout out to my co-worker Otto for the awesome story idea.
@cryptic_nightmares, Great story, reminds me of a "Void" person from im a guard at a secret government prison by mr outlaw, like an origin story. I thought you were going to say for we are many instead of we are everything but it worked out great, it needs a sequel bro, like "The demon in the forest" even have it where he encounters evil cryptids and fight em, like a pack of wendigos or something and hikers walk into the middle of this skirmish....ya, that would be freakin narly!!!

What's CW?
Lol the CW is a cable channel with a lot of "tweener" tv shows with super heros or supernatural stuff. Actually I think the series Supernatural was actually on CW. It used to have a different 2 lettered name when I was a kid, I believe it was WB but I'm getting old and not too sure. I LOVED this story! I love almost ALL the stories ive heard on creepypasta! It's my new "escape"! My 8 yr old lil girl LOVES it now too! We listen to at least 1 or 2 of these shorter ones in the car when we have busier days of errands and running around to do! I so wish I had come apon this kinda thing a LONG time ago! I save the longer stories 1 hour or more for my work week! My shifts fly by when I get lost in the amazing story telling!! B4 I know it im punching out and racing to my car to finish off the longer ones on commute from there!! 😊

This story started out strong but lost me in the middle. It just turned into an "ouch-the-edge" Three Days Grace fueled incel fantasy cringefest towards the end. MCP though is pretty awesome per usual.

I couldn't take the story seriously. It sounded like something from r/iamverybadass. Granted, something from r/iamverybadass read well by MCP, but r/iamverybadass material all the same. I mean, I’m cool with the whole “demons-slowly-possessing-the-protagonist” thing, but why is it written like he still feels shame for his deeds? Logically, if he was possessed or whatever, he shouldn't be expressing guilt. And then there was the fact that everyone seemed to irrationally hate the protagonist. None of them acted like...well, people. Maybe that could be chalked up to the demons’ influence, but that feels like a cop-out. No hate on the author, let alone MCP.
