What I love about these interviews is that they unmask the true greatness of Zimbabwean human capital. The crass unruly element that dominates the general media is a thin deceptive veneer. Our society needs to see and hear from these stalwarts.

Thank you Trevor for your show and your guests. It's about time we as young Zimbabweans have local role models rather than running to Jeff Bizos, Bill Gates or Zuckerberg. Such leaders are contextual and more relevant than most of these international figures.

Thank you KK for highlighting the issue that I always try to pitch out but a lot of people tend to miss it. "Ministers get angry on behalf of the president", even in business we have management that get angry on behalf of CEO yet they are supposed to approach things with a productive eye being courageous to drive the noble thing. We now lack leaders, we have loyalist in the industry.

He is another titan of Zimbabwean business who should be celebrated a lot more. I look forward to the next show. THREE TAKEWAYS
    1. Children's don't walk because they have 2 feet, they walk because they see others walking.
    2. Ancient Kingdoms (ruins) represent failure/collapse, not greatness consequently we need to learn from failures so that we avoid it in the future.
    3. Principles. Don't go against your principles, you will sleep better at night.
Thank you once again Trevor and please keep them coming 🙏🏾

its a gut feeling, that is thing to do, you sleep well, you do the right thing and your conscience in clear is revolutionary stuff for a Manager. Another, great takeaway is what we say is what we do; that is walking the talk and also the in eyes we can detect honest or deception it is very important for Managers to trust their guts. We must stick to contracts and separate economic decisions from popular, political decisions that do not put food on the table. the people who get angry on behalf of the president are not only gatekeepers - the anointed who are appointed but become the real destroyers of the economy.
