Woh bartan bilkul UNGLAZED and unpainted hain, kyonki pahariyon ko khaana banaane se matlab hai, zehreele paint polish main nahin jo modern chonchla hai. Maine unse poocha, baba maana aapne daal chawal iss handi main se nikaalkar lunch ke liye khaaya par aap isko saaf kaise karte hain? Daal chawal neeche lage honge. Ya sabji ya jo bhi. @ Uzma Qazi Yaad karke khaali bartan stove pe nahin rakhenge. Sab ingredients (tel paani masala etc) neeche bartan main mix karen phir stove pe rakhen. Boil/ fry apne aap hi hoga. Kuch khaana tab lagta hai jab paani/ tel na ho bartan main.
