If this procedure is "simplified" I'd like see complicated! !I am an Irish national with a five year relationship with a Nigerian national. This excessively long (12 months plus) action is unreasonable and would put excessive pressure on any relationship. Your information is comprehensive well presented. I doubt that many people without fat bank balances would be able to meet all of these requirements. Thanks anyway.
Hello Sir .Does this processing time apply if the sponsor is under critical skills ?...and also to check progress can we rely on the priority dates on the website
I'm Irish and my partner she is Philippineo.. We plan to marry in the Philippines in 2 years. I'm on Disability here in Ireland. It's not very clear when it comes to the whole sponsorship for the Visa application. Because they say disability isn't a social welfare and it isn't fair for disabled people to not bring their spouses to Ireland. So I'm still unsure about things because they don't make it clear when it comes to disability entitlements . One section says under the sponsorship you must make more then 30k a year to support them, thus excludes social welfare.. But they're saying disability allowance is excluded.. Its so confusing. If you could help it would be appreciated. Thank you
I also marry Philippina and now we starting process...the best thing to do is go to family law solicitor and they will explain in details what documents and all for each diferent case ... I am EU Croatian so for me is also but diferent
Then you have to prove that you are solely responsible for the child. Show evidence of you taking care of the child. If you can get a court order that shows that you are the solely responsible parents of the child it's helpful
What happens to a widow who has a child as her dependant. How will the child travels with her to Ireland. What documents will she summit , since there is no one to care for the child? Please, need your reply....

Sir Mordy, what if you have no ties with your child's father.
Then you have to prove that you are solely responsible for the child. Show evidence of you taking care of the child. If you can get a court order that shows that you are the solely responsible parents of the child it's helpful

If you want your family to visit you in Ireland, you should be living in Ireland. You can't live in the UK and invite someone to live in Ireland
@@natureandlifestyle100 thank you
Thanks for this great informative video. :). One question, does child applicant (below 18 years old) require PCC?
What is pcc
@@natureandlifestyle100 PCC means Police Clearance Certificate.
What happens when ones spouse dies and the children needs to be with their mum in Ireland. Please explain...
