As someone with a background in diesel I appreciate the candy diesel generator… also wondering how it’ll stay together and not melt once it gets up to operating temp 🤔
Easy when you buy a diesel engine model and then just make a quick texture edit to make it look like it's made of "candy" 😂. Still more effort than the dev put into the Time Travel game though

It looks like a Skin Mod of an older version of Satisfactory. They really need to differentiate themselves.
I think this is an actual ripoff of the original game with a skin on it :( sad that probably the original devs won't see any money from it

I don't think it is: it's very close in terms of how the tech tree works, but some major aspects like how conveyor belts are laid out is completely different. It's likely they're both drawing from the same set of tools in the engine for things like "moving items on a belt" since a lot of this kind of stuff is baked-in with modern game engines.
@@CruelestChrisyou are right, and I am not a lawyer, but I think if I would take GTA 5 and just put another skin on it, I would be sued pretty fast 🤔

I think people have dug around in this one already and found that while it's using the same engine to achieve the same result, it's not the same code. So it's more like if you made a new Driver game (but why would you want to do that?).

The ambient temperature has to be like low 50s to 40s (Fahrenheit). Otherwise all this chocolate would be nothing but mush after 5 minutes.

It's literally the same game. Don't know how they think they can just straight copy the very popular game and then get some of the biggest indie game players who have extensive series on the original to make videos on it.

Idk how to feel about showing off games like this that blatantly copy better games with poorly re-skinned assets to avoid legal issues. I cant shake the feeling that its just encouraging more of this stuff to be made which just doesn't settle right with me whatsoever.

It's similar to what a lot of people commented under that video, it's hard not to make that connection. I mean, the game is literally called "Chocolate Factory", that's half the name of the movie right there in the title.
