After watching all of this I'm starting to wonder how much is faulty game or just bad players. I've watched others play this with nowhere near this kind of issues.
Chat can get so entitled about content requests. Wade's chat seems especially needy with all the paid messages they send. I love watching Wade, but will always choose a vod over live with the chaos of his chat.
Are you sure? I love watching Wade's streams. Paid messages are usually fine. People share their accomplishments or talk about their struggles. They also ask Wade some questions or just joke with him. Usually "the entitled" ones are some random people, who just write their requests in chat (game suggestions or about Mark). But it's a pretty small group and mods are deleting their messages so quickly
@@cantusanimus7890 it's about percentages. When a group is given such a direct way to talk to a creator, the group as a whole feels they have more control over the stream. That increases the number of people who feel they can make demands. It's a *mob mentality* or *group-think* problem more than individuals in the community. It's why the mods have to work so hard.
@@MaskedReviewsYeah, I get it. But like I said - this is not a big problem in Wade's chat. When someone says something about another game or about Mark/Bob, other viewers also criticise that person. Like it happened during this stream. One person said something about Mark, mods deleted their message, other viewers criticised them and then made some jokes like "can you play this game with Jp?". So even though, it is bad and that kind of behavior is annoying, I think that the system is working fine and in Wade's community is not such a big problem. At least now. I can only imagine how bad it was, when Wade started streaming
@@cantusanimus7890 I have also seen people correct him when he doesn't read out the right type of support they gave. That's way more input than most streamers give the audience. I'm also talking about the paid jump scares he has set up during scary games. If you look at other streamers objectively, you'll see what I mean. Basically, the more someone reads chat, the more the people in chat are upset their thing wasn't read. It's a losing game for content creators. Yes, Wade's chat is *very* needy. It doesn't matter that the things they want from him are usually benign. It's still more demanding than chats that can't pop things on the screen. It's perfectly fine if you enjoy that interaction and want to watch him live. I don't, so I watch vods and edited vids while still being mildly irritated at the pop-ups.
@@MaskedReviews What? In which stream and when people corrected him or said "hey you didn't read my message". 'Cause I watch his stream pretty regularly and don't remember seeing it once for months now. Wade reads every message and reacts pretty accurately (in my opinion people sometimes share way too much with him). 99% of all of the messages are about their life, something related to Wade or distractible, questions about some random stuff, jokes and people trying to scare Wade with scare alerts. The majority of Wade's chat is just having fun. I usually don't write in chat, but I love reading/seeing viewers reaction to what's happening
I've found i love Wade's content without Bob and Mark. I mean I love his stuff with them too but with JP and the others I tend to laugh more.
I definitely laugh with him and not at him more when he’s not with bob and Mark.
