Migraines are horrible. A lot of people don't understand the Predrome and Postdrome aspects of the migraine too. Basically you feel off before the migraine. And then for many hours after you are in a fog and feel weak.
Wade is describing his Postdrome that he is still experiencing as he played today.
Magnesium supplements have helped me slightly. Caffeine tablets when it begins often shortens it. But, every body is different.

Pinger allows all players to utilize a ping command by simply pressing Q on their keyboard. With this new feature, you can stay connected with your teammates and strategically communicate without the need for voice chat.
Pinger allows you to see pings through walls at a 150unit distance, allowing you to mark exits, danger, and items for your teammates.
Each ping lasts 10 seconds and a player can only have one ping at a time.

Oura sent me two rings and they never worked for me. They wouldn't connect to my phone even though it said it was compatible. I was so mad.
Wade, have u thought of doing a sleep test to see if u have Sleep Apnea? Getting on a CPAP can help a lot if u have it 😕
