    నమస్తే మేడం నేను నా వయస్సు 40 సంవత్సరాలు నాకు బీపీ 180/100 ఉన్నది నీ వీడియో చూసిన తర్వాత నేను యోగా చేయడం ప్రారంభించినాక చేసిన మూడు రోజుల తర్వాత చూస్తే 140/90 అయింది థాంక్స్ మేడం

    అమ్మా ల ఆరోగ్యానికి మేలు చేసే ప్రాణాయామం, యోగ ముద్రల నేర్పించారు. మీకు ధన్యవాదాలు.మీరు చెప్పినట్లు చేసిన మొదటి రోజే నాకు చాలా ప్రశాంతంగా అనిపించింది. 140/100 గా ఉండే బీపీ మీరు చెప్పినట్లు 30 నిమిషాలు చేశాక చూసుకుంటే నార్మల్ కి వచ్చింది.

    Madam e week lo doctor checkup ki vellinappudu Bp 190/100 vundhi. First time bp tablets icharu. Tablets vesukovatam start chesanu.15 days tablets vesukoni bp readings note cheste dose suggest chestanu annaru doctor. Tablets vaduthunnanu. But I want to quit the allopathy medication. Is it possible to quit the medicines by these pranayama.. your suggestion please

      Very good results, along with breathing Exercises please practice regularly Meditation & yoganidra etc. I believe to some extent you will get good relief.
