hey hello so as for me when it comes to annotating i just use a pencil and i circle the characters name and i place brackets for important points (so yeah the book is filled with my words) thats for literature as for non fiction i summarize each page on the bottom and i write at the end of the chapter the summary in my own words i do enjoy reading more on my ipad than the physical books as i use colours in the annotations in the digital copy
Oh, that's smart! And I do love the options that digital reading gives you, I'm just a sucker for physical books (except maybe when they're too heavy to carry around...)!
