I mentioned this to a friend, and he did Super Chicken Theam, complete with the clucks. I had to sit down. We are both over 60.
OMG - I forgot how HILARIOUS these cartoons were. No wonder I loved them as a kid!
Those writers were awesome. I love hearing the voice actors too. Many worked on radios shows like the Stan Freberg Show and other cartoons as well.
@@bricknboxer yeah all the voice actors who worked at jay ward productions, had years of experience on radio
@@Nick-ty9us For sure. I remember hearing Alan Reed on "Life with Louigi" and thinking, is that Fred Flintstone? LOL
@@bricknboxer Alan Reed was also on the Fred Allen radio show as well
@Nick-ty9us Alan Reed was also the voice of Fillmore Bear for the first couple of episodes of "Ring-a-Ding Spring" on "Hoppity Hooper", before he played Fred Flintstone. 👍
Fred knew the job dangerous when he took it.
The idea that Ape has the voice of Ronald Colman is hilarious.
A years supply of Sir Thomas Cup's jams and jellies made from reconstituted catfish whiskers😂
“Where’s all that big chicken talk now?”

And Marigold sounds a lot like Nell Fenwick. RIP June Foray.
Trying to work out if Ape sounds more like James Mason or David Attenborough.
Ape sounds more like a Ronald Colman knockoff to me.
@@SwarthySkinnedOne that’s what the voice Paul frees was doing a Ronald Coleman impression
