Scenario One: 1 + 1 + 0 = 2. (Hight risk)
Scenario Two: 0 + 2 + 0 = 2 (High risk)
Scenario Three : 2 + 2 + 0 = 4 (Hight risk)
Scenario Four : 0 + 0 + 0 = 0 (Low Risk)

Scenario 2--- 0-2-2=4
Scenario 3--- 2-2-2=6
Scenario 4--- 0-0-2=2
I scored 2 in every step 3 due to their illnesses. I hope I did the right scoring.

Hello sir, I took osce last week, but failed in this. Scenario was pt wt 61kg, ht 1.84, lost 10% in 6 months, not eating for a week in care home. My score was 5. Could you please help me with this 🙏. I m very disappointed. Thank you for your time
