That power gain is from Psycho Man's sig ability. When Psycho Man causes his opponent's ability to fail, he heal blocks them, if it fails again while heal block is up, he power locks them. When his opponent tries to heal during heal block or gain power while power locked, Psycho Man gains a burst of power. He is better than many people think

I had him as a 5*, he's really slept on, there's so much to learn with him but he's actually really good. My first 6* of the new year was psychoman, I was told he was horrible repeatedly by everyone but he may genuinely be my first R4 6*

I got a theory..!! Kabam create champs, and test them at r5.. so champs are as intended when they hit r5.. also explains why psycho man is in the featured

Please... the relic dosent help him THAT MUCH, and neither the relic nor the ascension are responsible to the heal+power lock (I prefer the term Psycho lock) he can do, the ascension is just a 22% boost too...
the wong one is that when the enemy champion would receive a power gain or a regen, psycho man will receive up to 25% of a bar of power, and this wong especifically steal any passive that the attacker receives (phase, evade, indestructible, unblockable, unstoppable..), so what happens is similar to what the wiccan do in the act 5 ultron boss, and psychoman steal all of that power gain, so..
So basically they got locked in an infinite, super fast, power gain loop? That's crazy lol

Just remembered. If opponent has his ability fail to trigger due to concussion, they are heal blocked. If they are already heal blocked, they are power locked as well. That is……….psycho!
