I think you missed that number 1 point. What you intended to say was calculation has nothing to do with coding. Even at that there is one or two calculation here and there but not that much. Mathematics involves arithmetic(calculation), logic and language. Coding have a lot to do with logic. If you find understanding logic difficult then coding is not for you.

If you are reading my message, please reply, and I kindly request experienced individuals to share their recommendations as well. I feel that I am quite weak in programming, but I want to continue my journey as a front-end developer and build my future in this field. My JavaScript skills are not strong, and I aim to improve and strengthen my basics in JavaScript. I want to master fundamental concepts like functions, loops, and their purposes, among other things. Once I have a strong foundation, I wonder if learning another technology or language in the future would be difficult for me, how much time it might take, and how challenging it would be. My goal for 2025 is to become an excellent front-end developer. I am currently working with Svelte, and I want to further improve my skills as a front-end developer. Do you think focusing on JavaScript is a good choice for 2025, given that I still lack clarity on basic concepts like where to use loops and how to properly create and use functions? I would really appreciate your thoughts and advice on this matter. Thank you!

arguably learning C/C++ does give you an edge if your smart enough to learn it as a first (i use c/c++ for all my projects. mainly bc they are typically compilers so I use the LLVM, which does exist in every other language but C++ is the best for it) also the math thing. I dont think is totally accurate. its not software engineering dont use math., its more software engineering dont use engineering maths, like you dont need calcus or rigor to be a software engineering. It more uses abstract math which really doesn't need numbers for you to understand and is more theorem based and thinking. the application of it is type theory, Object oriented programming, Monads. All these things are math programmers do use from a day to day basis.
Solid content. Had a feeling you were going to slip in a Ruby joke, lol.
Yes sir ruby is a language of choice we are not forced to use it but we are using it cuz it is perfect ❤
This man hates ruby
He kisses ruby language once a day everyday
Yup but we don't know why 😂 also he doesn't know
I agree with Myth 2. I started with Python and every language I've learned after (C++, Java, JS, etc) were easier as a result!
(i.e I agree that #2 is a myth AKA you're right, lol)
really i was told you should start with object oriented language?

I am learning linear alg, and DSA in c++. @zoeherriot
