With the exception of Wade Barrett, the rest of the Nexus absolutely sucked, but yeah I agree that Nexus should have gone over instead of Cena. Especially after a fvcking DDT on the concrete floor 💀
I'll never understand people who blame Cena for the failure of the Nexus. First off, they were never that good. Aside from Wade Barrett, who was mid card level at best, the rest were Heat level wrestlers. Also, Vince, or any other promoter for that matter, would never let a stable like that grow beyond that run. It was just over because of all the anti-SuperCena sentiment. The fact that it was Cena who was tasked with burying them because if it wasn't him, the only other sensical option was Lesnar and we all know how much people hated Kofi's title loss (which should've been one of the top humblings)
I'll admit I didn't hate Hogan's 2002-03 return. Ronda Rousey and Humility just doesn’t mix but it needs to happen more and more and MORE Her downfall was so lovely to see especially when WWE nowadays has thrived after she dipped
People aren't wrong about Rousey's ego, but Rousey isn't wrong either in what she said about so many former WWE wrestlers being held captive by the organization. There's always a free for all when it comes to crapping on WCW, but with WWE, it's obvious that people are still fearful of saying certain things about certain people and that there are orders to always flatter the organization and its legacy. Even some of the stuff that was said in shoots during the earlier UA-cam days is stuff that you won't hear about anymore (and unfortunately, some of the wrestlers who gave us the real dirt on WWE are no longer with us either). And anything that was or is controversial gets redefined as having been "what was best for business at the time" as HHH and Vince are fond of saying.
I think Mickie James deserves one last run in WWE. I think w/ Triple H running it now she would be taken seriously & treated like the legend that she is. As the saying goes 3rd time is the charm.
1:51 Was Ronda Rousey humbled? No. She had every excuse in the book for why she wasn't a headliner like the thought she should be. Ronda's ego wont let her be humbled.
I don’t think Ronda will ever be humble. No matter what happens to her. From all her failures she has learned nothing and took 0 accountability for anything.
Ronda Rousey needed to be humbled because she had zero respect for the wrestling business, the very business that gave her a second chance after Holly Holm kicked her head off and Amanda Nunes punched her lights out. No matter how big a star that Ronda Rousey thought she was she was easily replaceable in the fans' eyes, Becky Lynch became the biggest star in Women's Wrestling because the fans saw through Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair. Even Charlotte Flair was cheered more in their match than Ronda Rousey was at WrestleMania.
Undertaker being prepared to knock out Shawn IRL is just crazy, that would have been interesting to see but Taker being so tall and Shawn being gassed from the match, I don't doubt it.
Some of these are less "wrestler getting humbled" and more "Vince trying to humiliate a wrestler for no discernable reason". Mickey James and Big Show being "humbled" would infer that they needed to be knocked down a peg which simply isn't the case. Vince just wanted to bury them. Mickey for having dared to find success somewhere else and Big Show because he was simply on his way out.
As good as that Austin vs HBK match was, it would have been interesting to see Shawn mid-match decide to walk out of the ring and leave and Undertaker walks down the ramp and forces him back into the ring.
The fans are just jealous losers who hate to see anyone succeed because they themselves have failed in life. It is like CM Punk once said in a heel promo to the fans "You pay to see me. I don't pay to see you".
Idk man as someone with a lot of the health issues taker had, that entry left a bad taste in my mouth. It's like saying "This dude with severe ALS was TOTALLY HUMBLED when he tried to walk and fell down!!"

@@larrymarshall8900 the difference between hulk hogan and the other arrogant wwe stars is that they all became humble as they aged but hogan remained as the same lying scumbag
Exactly, only a couple of them actually did better, Wade Barrett was a good midcarder that should've been a world champion, but injuries derailed that, plus during his bad news gimmick, Vince should've made him a babyface, Husky Harris became Bray Wyatt and became WWE and Universal Champion
I was expecting the Shawn one to be about when he was attempting to make an earlier comeback but got sent home for being in "no condition to work". Chris Jericho has a funny bit about that in his second book. Mainly about Shawn trying to talk Jericho out of being a permanent Doink the Clown.
TBH Ronda Rousey always lacked charisma and actual wrestling ability. Whenever she actually got called out for it, along with stealing opportunities from other women by taking advantage of her Big Name, she just showed that she couldn’t handle the heat.
Still disappointed that we never saw Ronda vs. Asuka 1 on 1. Tbh I don’t blame Ronda for getting upset at being booed. That would get to me even if I knew it was just kayfabe.
It would bother me too. That’s one of the reasons I never sought a career in pro wrestling (or any job that would make me a public figure). Rhonda should have thought of that before she built a career in pro sports and television. She can’t handle criticism which means she shouldn’t be in the public eye. It’s no one’s fault but hers.
Should’ve had Shane getting Humbled by Jericho during the survivor series match in 2016 when he was being too aggressive for no apparent reason during the elimination match.
Ronda really thought she was so loved that she could phone it in 🤣🤣🤣 *edit: Mickie James got the "humbled" treatment because she's rather wrestle than wrestle Vince
To be fair to HBK, he was still the better wrestler of the four, Triple H tear his biceps early on and Kane and Taker were very out of shape... Still a disaster of a match tho
Ronda Rousey should have gained humility after Holly Holm beat her at UFC but no. Retuned and got chased out by Amanda Nunes. Joined WWE the first time and she was happy and was the talk of the town until the rise of Becky Lynch. Didn't help Ronda that she never improved her mic skills and in ring ability and the fans turned on her. Her second run was worse and it was clear she hated every second despite being the first one to beat Charlotte's Figure 8 submission and become a champion and the company and wrestling community had to wash their hands off her. Till this day she never humbled herself. Mickie James got humiliated than being humbled. I get putting over Bliss and Nia Jax at the time but not at an expense of Mickie James. Even after being released instead of giving her a proper sending off, WWE threw her belongings in the trash. The Nexus should have won that match and even Edge and Jericho admitted it but John Cena was having none of it. After that match any momentum or hype The Nexus gained died and they weren't a factor. Not even CM Punk could revive The Nexus. Years later John Cena realized it was the wrong move to be the one beating The Nexus. He's WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns will go down as the worst performing match Undertaker as done. It was clear he was out of shape and becoming passed it. This is Undertaker and he always pride himself in putting up great matches but that match was awful. Honourable mention goes to Theory. Won the briefcase 2 years ago but he was never going to dethrone Roman Reigns. Had WWE booked him to lose the briefcase to Roman Reigns then it wouldn't destroy the credibility of Money in the Bank briefcase but instead he loses it to Seth Rollins for the US title while Rollins had the US title open challenge not only humbling Theory, destroys the briefcase credibility.

If only there was an Undertaker type wrestler in AEW Locker Room😂

And anything that was or is controversial gets redefined as having been "what was best for business at the time" as HHH and Vince are fond of saying.
chants of "You didn't deserve it" big show, mickie james. chants of "You deserve it" ronda rousey
I think Mickie James deserves one last run in WWE. I think w/ Triple H running it now she would be taken seriously & treated like the legend that she is. As the saying goes 3rd time is the charm.
And more great WRESTLING CONTENT as always 😎
ronda is a karen.
Don't insult Karens like that... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmfao😂
Big Show has big heart
Based on these stories and others we've heard: whether under Vince or his henchmen, WWE could sometimes be a lousy place to work!
2:36 is sad but true💯🤣
These guys and gals need to know when to fold their cards and take a rest. They don't remain young forever.
1:51 Was Ronda Rousey humbled? No. She had every excuse in the book for why she wasn't a headliner like the thought she should be. Ronda's ego wont let her be humbled.
“…there would have been an appearance by The Undertaker that night.”
The matter of factness of that statement kills me. XD
Notice how most of the humbling happened under Vince?
0:46 He's not wrong...
Undertaker being prepared to knock out Shawn IRL is just crazy, that would have been interesting to see but Taker being so tall and Shawn being gassed from the match, I don't doubt it.
I had to play it twice to make sure I heard that fart sound 😂
Some of these are less "wrestler getting humbled" and more "Vince trying to humiliate a wrestler for no discernable reason". Mickey James and Big Show being "humbled" would infer that they needed to be knocked down a peg which simply isn't the case. Vince just wanted to bury them. Mickey for having dared to find success somewhere else and Big Show because he was simply on his way out.
It was Ronda's idea to tag with Shayna Baszler. So in a way she humbled herself 😂
Bring back timestamps-.- great vid tho
2 mil is crazy! Good job!
Let's get you 10 million subscribers sir @wrestlelamia. It will happen most definitely.
That Triple H entrie makes no sense.
A lot of these don't make sense. Just clickbait.
"You'll never meet a hater doing better than you"
Bro 2:35 fart noise???
Idk man as someone with a lot of the health issues taker had, that entry left a bad taste in my mouth. It's like saying "This dude with severe ALS was TOTALLY HUMBLED when he tried to walk and fell down!!"
Rhonda’s head in the thumbnail looking like Jim Carrey at the end of Batman Forever
Mickie James being humbled made me remember about Piggy James😂
No one cared about Rhonda from day one
if not other wrestlers the fans will 1000% make you humble real quick
Hulk Hogan is always egoistic & liar
But he has the right to have an ego. For what he has done for the industry. Yes he lies a lot and a racist pos,but at the same time he's a trailblazer for the wrestling biz.
@@larrymarshall8900 the difference between hulk hogan and the other arrogant wwe stars is that they all became humble as they aged but hogan remained as the same lying scumbag
Cena did know best, look at them nexus and where they are right now.
Exactly, only a couple of them actually did better, Wade Barrett was a good midcarder that should've been a world champion, but injuries derailed that, plus during his bad news gimmick, Vince should've made him a babyface, Husky Harris became Bray Wyatt and became WWE and Universal Champion
I don't think ronda was humble
"I can't change the television show i don't have that power."- John Cena, after one of the most obvious uses of said power.
Great videos!
I'm surprised you didn't add Daniel Puder into this list
damn they did mickey dirty
The only 2 people who got done dirty on this list were the Big Show and Mickie James. Everyone else deserved one or more pieces of Humble Pie.
Im impressed rousey has such fame fortune and reputation off such a short career in mma and wwe. Maybe her parents support
The fart sfx in the Taker segment 😅
5:19 why are you talking about Hulk Hogan but show another Wrestler in your Video? Curious.
I was expecting the Shawn one to be about when he was attempting to make an earlier comeback but got sent home for being in "no condition to work". Chris Jericho has a funny bit about that in his second book. Mainly about Shawn trying to talk Jericho out of being a permanent Doink the Clown.
Triple H became humble when he became booker
He was helping in booking some in late 1997.
@@RyanRumbles434 If "masterminding" Montreal counts as "helping with the booking"... 🤣🤣
Vince is Definitely behind every single one of these evil “humbling” bs acts
Glad his out . Good riddance.
I like the background music
Is that fart Sound? 2:36
Yep🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Humbling, that's not humbling them. That's embarrassing them.
Ronda really thought she was so loved that she could phone it in 🤣🤣🤣
*edit: Mickie James got the "humbled" treatment because she's rather wrestle than wrestle Vince
I miss Daniel Bryan
You can watch him embarrass himself weekly on AEW
@@vileluca lmao
@vileluca I said DANIEL BRYAN not goofy ahh "Bryan Danielson" lmao
