Well, well, well! This luxury mansion deserve a big WOW, no matter what comment other users, all I'm watch really love it a lot 👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍. Other people could come for looking up for farms and ranches in the middle of Montana or where ever! This place really such the mean of opulence and good taste in luxury finish, furnitures and distribution areas. Haven't a movie theater but I think nots necessary.

Are you really an expert on the fort Lauderdale area? I know my area better than anyone possibly but I wouldn't know a thing about this location. This house where I live is worth only maybe 5 to 15 million but it's impossible for me to say what it's worth where it is located. But idk if id say the rich don't quibble but what I would say is the rich are not stupid and they won't overpay any more than a regular person. In fact they probably want a steal and have no pressure to buy like a normal person might be desperate to have somewhere to live. So I think the rich are paying less than market value usually

This is a beautiful 3 stories modern design mansion with a left wing and a right wing, front and back balconies, and nice lap pool. the stone and furniture used in the house is of high quality. I live the open design, the living room with the onyx wall, the kitchen with the nice stone island, and the dining room. I like the glass elevator and the black marble stairs.
I like the bedrooms. I like the master bedrooms, master bathrooms, and master closet. I like the stone in the master bathroom. The Turkish spa is awesome.

Guess that includes the art , light fixtures everything including outdoors hence $40 mil. Sleek kitchen with the sink on the correct inner island. Oh wow. A full secondary kitchen. Artsy, retro furniture in the sitting room off the kitchen and the breakfast nook. Elevator. Beautiful well lit movie 🎥 room with a view or implement the black out shades. The 1st floor guest bedrooms , VIP suites and en-suites are 🔥. Amazing backyard with dining/kitchen with bar seating/tv/pool/hottub/landscaping/dock. Massive guest bedrooms , en-suites and closets upstairs. Turkey waterproof spa. Second laundry 🧺 room & staff staircase. Primary with fireplace and balcony. His/hers showroom closets. Definitely 10 ppl can comfortably fit in the shower. 2 🚽’s. Oh a 3rd floor. The workout equipment included too? That’s about $25k give or take in equipment. Sauna. Terrace space. Game space with bar. It's a nice house but let's be real, that "movie room" is embarrassing on a level that can't even be described. Looks like something you'd see on Storage Wars. Also, "private" balconies aren't really private if your neighbor's "private" balcony has a direct view of your "private" balcony. But yeah, look man, boats and sh!t. Weeeee!
