I believe the significant cost is attributed to the land. With all due respect, a $39 million home featuring large, flat-walled, square rooms made of sheetrock with nice fixtures doesn't warrant admiration. The interior lacks architectural design for a $39 million price tag.
We live in a society of "Build it and they will come", your statement might apply to an architect vs. average buyer. Kanye just listed his shell mansion in Malibu on the mkt for $53m...I spent $40 million on two homes this year. I'm currently building a new one for sale, and it will be ready in the next four years.
How did you grow your money to $40m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum i don"t want to leave it in the bank, whats your cash flow like?

Florida houses are beautiful the only problem is you don't really get no land with them I think that's why a lot of houses stand out in Delray Beach because you can get a super nice house and a huge lot for less than the price of this house! Never the less this house is still beautiful I just wished developers started building houses on bigger lots

2.) Florida have bigger lots but most are in rural areas. So the question becomes do you want city vs country lifestyle?
Lets be honest tho , this is a huge lot . The problem is the house is on most of it . Most any city in America, this would be considered a huge lot
yeah but that's like every prime location in the world, lots will be smaller because of more demand.
Your statement has no merit from a RE perspective as it all relative......folks purchase condos for millions, brownstones etc. Ellen D flips high-priced homes all the time....A land owner vs homeowner are at opposite sides of the spectrum as are their considerations when purchasing RE.

Here is a 52,000 sq ft lot 😮. Kitchen countertop is 🔥. 1st & 2nd floor laundry 🧺. Theater 🎭 🎥 🍿 with wet bar and bathroom 🙌🏼. Backyard 👏🏼. Covered kitchen and guesthouse cabana /green space/ pool/beach/dock. Elevator 👍🏼. Wait. His and hers closets and en-suites? Balcony overlooking that amazing backyard. Rooftop with another kitchen. No. Last years taxes on this home were $70,695.00 I looked at PBC public tax records….
@@ocasio3024 i know you thought you were pretty smart when you wrote that but that house was finished in 2024. the 70k was the taxes on the lot. the taxes now that the house is worth 40 million is literally 320k. feel free to look it up again

@@ashleynv They probably don't respond because you don't have a big audience yet, so it's not worth it for them... you can try starting with cheaper houses, or renting Airbnbs and filming that

C'mon J, This place is barely out of Lake Worth and you trying to get 39mill for under a 10mill house!! Really!! It's new construction but teardowns are being purchased for 700k- 2 mill in that area. Also this is not Billionaire's row, that's across the water to the right about 1.5 miles down.

I'm pretty sure it's the land you're paying the lucrative amount for. With all due respect, 39 Million dollars for a home composed of HUGE FLAT WALLED SQUARED Rooms composed of sheetrock with nice fixtures is nothing to be in awe about. @hardren101 Believe me, it won't sell, and if it did, it's probably because it used to be his. Get your average successful joe to sell a home like that, and he might as well list it at 10 million if he wants it gone reasonably quick. Expect to be on the market for YEARS at this price.

I never understood why so many bathrooms , I hardly know 5 people
It's simple once you know it, when you live in a huge house you don't want to walk 10 minutes to your bathroom when you want to depending on where you are in the house. The other reason is when the owner hosts parties or entertains lots of guests at the same time.
This place is tacky AF from the water with the lights and the fire, it looks like a 12 year old boy won the lottery.
