I just got 7 pre-lit trees from Michael's today, they cleared the display ones inside already and tossed them. I am blessing multiple families with them.

Consider donating some of the small costumes to your local grade school. I was a music teacher for many years and donated costumes came in handy for musical productions or short plays. It looks like the round piece is the only thing missing from the Nutcracker, and music teachers would love it if they had a place to store it since The Nutcracker is often studied at Christmas.
You're doing a great job in minimising the disposal costs for that company, helping the environment by keeping garbage out of dumps and making income for yourselves. Happy Christmas from Australia 🎄🎁
Hello; the Michaels store D D was great to see. I am a crafter so ALL of the items are usable in different ways, Nicole will know and understand. If any of you D D come across any fake Christmas Trees, ALWAYS take them. Because if you or any of your family or friends need a tree, OR if the tree is missing, broke, damaged, then Any of us Crafters would still want it because you can recycle it by pulling apart all the oked tree pieces you can to reuse it -- for fillers of wreaths, fillers of other trees, fillers of decorated containers, fillers of center pieces. Also great fillers to paint for whatever color you need to be able to reuse. Like pulling apart branches, and painting them black or orange or white or red or pastel colors for spring and or Easter time, summer time or for --Trick Or Treat -- time. Use the painted black pieces as black fillers for Halloween time for wreaths, containers, or as black trees to put on a scary table centerpiece. Then of course any tree that's ok and you don't need it, just leave it at a church, etc...Happy New Year to come...
You can get a container of plaster from Dollar Tree to repair the cracks in that nutcracker. Then paint over it. Put a small welcome sign where his hand use to be. You found some good stuff.
I have questions. 1. Is this legal where you live? If not, have you been arrested or hassled by police? 2. Have you been caught by store employees? What happened? Do they make you put stuff back? 3. What do you do with all the stuff you find? 4. If you sell it, do you have to pay taxes on the money you make? 5. Have you ever gotten hassled by other divers? What did you do? Your dog is sweet. I noticed Nicole said brush holder and Josh pushed it out of reach. Lol great haul guys. Take the box for elf on a shelf and get a new elf and put in the box and it will be just like new, get -latter of Paris and paint and he would be great. The solider is what I was talking about.
The elf escaped and tried to kill the nutcracker. Lol. You could fix him with some glue and put a lantern with some decor around it on missing hand. I would love it. 😂

Use frame to make something like calendar or cork on it, no matter if glass broken and Christmas tree - cut branches to make any design you want with berries.
Guys it is great that you donate things you find in your dive if people feel that you are doing something wrong I can't understand it's all going to the trash then to land fill why not dumpster dive not only does it help others but also the environment
Attach a decorative tray on the Nutcracker and use him as a server. Plates,napkins,cutlery,for a buffet or fruits and cheese,mini desserts. The possibilities are endless. Great find.

Awesome score yall! I got 21 wooden ladders out of kirklands dumpster yesterday and sold every one of them today. Its crazy at what gets thrown away. Oh well I dont mind getting it out and making some $ and donating and giving it away.

Remember you can always use a section of a tree that is missing it's partner sections to make mini trees to just stick in the ground with lights or glue onto wooden bases with lights ~ they look so cute lighting the path up the driveway to your front door 🎄

One of our AC Moores closed and I went in the last day. I got $500 in merchandise for $7. Much of it was free. I knew I should have gone by the dumpster that night.
That nutcracker is awesome, you can putty up that side & paint jt..fill that hand up with some spray foam & glue some decor to it..❤ it,that would cost alot..

Hey guys, I watch another diver who loves bath & body works candles, if they are cracked you can put them in the freezer for 30mins to an hour and it will help them to slide out
I live in Canada and that Nutcracker was in the Michael's store last year, selling for $700.00. The pink santa holding the tree is a Christmas tree ornament that sold for $10.00 here/
Wow! Wow! and did I say Wow! Yes, fix the Nut Cracker. You can take a round wood finial and glue that onto his hand and paint it. Get some epoxy glue and patch up the cracks and paint. Good as new. You just had a very merry Dumpster Christmas! Big Happy Dance for you. xo

Nichole was holding them in her hands towards the end of the video, and the nutcracker's axe was in there also, but that is a good Idea that one of your watchers suggested, but putting a decorative wreath where the hand is supposed to be. If you guys fixed it, it would be nice to see how it turned out.
Yes; just put something to cover the broken hand area, like a Small Wreath with just some red berries and a nice wire bow, and hang the wreath onto the broken area, but make sure the wreath is hanging more away from the body area. Because you don't want the wreath taking over the nutcracker look, and your Wirer Bow to the toppish area, not top center, but still to the left -- top of your wreath. This will show off the wreath just enough. So standing and facing your nutcracker, put your wreath to the left side and your bow to the left top side also.

Michael's is one of my favorite store(s). Can’t believe they get rid of markers! Markers are hella expensive here. Gonna have to go there soon!

That's exactly what I do but I do trash picking in my neighborhood. People throw away clothes with tags. Crazy!

the candles popped out because they were frozen. i put them in my freezer for a couple of hours and they pop right out.
