Charlie, I just wanna say you’ve been doing an excellent job at keeping up with your own production schedule. I’ve noticed recently that you’ve been able to consistently pump out quality entertainment almost every day of the week, while most your viewers are occupied with work or school. You’ve done a great job at making some truly awesome and entertaining content this year. I’ve been a fan since about 2012, but I took a recent vacation from watching your channel. Once Covid started up though, I really began to appreciate your dedication to this craft and the content you produce for your community. I know you’re just doing what you do and having a good time, but I just wanna say I really appreciate the time you’ve been putting in recently, and I think we all look forward to coming home at the end of whatever confusing day we might have to appreciate the unbiased, entertaining content you provide on this site. You may not literally be Jesus, but thanks for being a savior for us all nowadays. Keep up the great work man, and I only hope your channel thrives especially now just as it always has.
Dude..He is the savior for “us all”? Speak for yourself. He’s a melancholy, niche UA-camr. That’s crazy how much influence and stock you hold in his filming of himself. Should you not be learning?
@@RG-tm7uq what do you mean learning? It’s a common joke to refer to him as Jesus and I indeed believe he is an emotional savior for a number of people, as many can relate to his nonchalant commentary. Also I don’t believe he’s specifically niche anymore, as he’s technically very well known on UA-cam but just has a small following. Do you follow this man? If so, why are you here just to address him as melancholy?
The net neutrality thing did affect people in some states. States like california still have the rules in place locally except for some companies limiting household internet bandwidth like comcast and now you pay an extra monthly 20 bucks to have unlimited data.
On the other hand, everyone was completely wrong about Article 13, which did nothing except put hosting websites at more risk which shouldn't even matter to its users. If those sites try to push the risk on users, those users will go elsewhere.
They did that before. Throttling internet existed prior to net neutrality. The whole thing was that people were worried about them limiting websites to specific subscriptions.
04:30 Fun fact: the "National" in "National Hockey League" stands for Canada since the league actually started there and just later expanded (a lot) into the States.

Kaya's talking points on Net neutrality are so insanely off. The major thing is that it paves the way for further monetization of website. Companies have and are talking about creating traffic ways which would cost additional based off site traffic, Though the implementation is still 3-5 years away. For someone who acts like he knows it all and hates government you'd think he'd know they aren't going to roll out everything instantly because at that point people would notice and complain. It will be a slow erosion like always
On the other hand, everyone was completely wrong about Article 13, which did nothing except put hosting websites at more risk which shouldn't even matter to its users. If those sites try to push the risk on users, those users will go elsewhere.
@@bobobsen He literally contradicts himself in the same sentence. "Riot was mad about being throttled by an ISP" -> "It doesn't affect end users" Well yeah it does and that's a perfect example. If they start throttling Riot then it does affect you if you play LoL. Even if they try to make Riot pay for better traffic, instead of the end user, than Riot will push the extra cost on us.
The issue with net neutrality going away is that just because we haven’t seen the effects yet, doesn’t mean they won’t happen. Of course they wouldn’t get rid of net neutrality and then immediately hammer us with new fees, that’d just stir up a government response. The fees will be eased in slowly so we don’t make a fuss. We still lose at the end, just most smart companies are in the business of lasting “forever” instead of immediately making a quick buck
I like what Kaya's thinking, just letting everyone loose and fighting each other and innovating. If EMPs became popular, ways to safeguard from EMPs would probably become popular too. And it'd just keep going until it escalates
Wait, I haven't listened to the show yet, and I have no idea what's going on, but Battlebots. We need to turn the moon into a robot fighting arena. Like, it'd be amazing. I'd support that, and a project that restored the moon at designated times each day.
