What part of the roof needs replacing? Im just thinking could it be removed and have another terrace 🤔 as the other one is so overlooked. I actually love it but think you would have to be very fit for shopping etc with no parking outside. Unless of course you could drive upto property, unload and then park further away? I personally wouldnt want to pay any more than £40,000 because I would have to put bigger windows in as its a little dark and claustrophobic. Then again someone may like it like that, i love lots of light as its good for my mental health. Yea it’s a pretty steep hill but with great views and there are elderly people who live on it but have all their lives. It is possible to drive up but not to leave the car outside.
