'For Buddy' 🎸 Nick

A tribute to my favourite guitarist - Buddy Guy - and to all the other great Chicago/American blues players of the 20th century; BB King - Albert King - Freddie King - Otis Rush - Hubert Sumlin - T-Bone Walker - Muddy Waters - Lonnie Johnson - Chuck Berry - Elmore James - Jimmy Reed - Lightning Hopkins - Son House - Robert Johnson - and many more.
I wonder what the world would have been like without them, whether we would even have had Rock 'n Roll, and all that came after - I doubt it.
We can only drift in their wake and admire their genius.
So to all the American/Chicago blues players - both men and women - to quote/paraphrase 'Tiny Tim' - "God bless 'em every one".
