Why Use Drop Shadow:
Drop shadow is a versatile technique widely used in graphic design to add depth, dimension, and visual interest to various elements. In this paragraph, we'll explore the significance of drop shadow. By applying a shadow behind an object or text, designers create the illusion of it being slightly elevated or floating above the background. This technique helps separate elements from their surroundings, making them stand out and enhancing their visibility. Drop shadows can be adjusted in terms of size, opacity, and angle to achieve different effects, from subtle and natural shadows to bold and dramatic ones. It can create a sense of depth, giving a flat design a three-dimensional feel.
Additionally, drop shadows can also be used creatively, such as mimicking light sources, emphasizing focal points, or adding a sense of realism. With careful consideration and skillful execution, drop shadows can be a powerful tool in a designer's arsenal to enhance the overall aesthetic and impact of their designs. And now, you can easily do this in Kittl.

I always learn something new from watching your tutorials. Just a suggestion, it would be beneficial and informative if it was mentioned, either in the description or during the videos, which of the features demonstrated are included in the free or paid plans of Kittl. Sometimes I try to use them and certain ones aren’t included in the free plan when trying to test ideas.
Thanks for the feedback!
Can you create a flame effect around objects, pictures, or words?
This is certainly doable, yes.
@@Kittldesign can you please do a video on this?
Hi Drew, can’t remember if I asked you before, but it looks like I won’t need to spend time learning PS or illustrator! Is that correct? Let me know please. Having all these capabilities in Kittl.
Hey there! You can definitely create some stunning graphics with these features in Kittl! And we're exciting to be releasing even more soon.
Nice! Does this work on the letter masks?
Not yet! But we will be working on making that available in the future.
@@Kittldesign great! That would be helpful. Often I would like an outline or shadow effect to help the letter form stand out and be a little clearer.
