This band has a bit of my bloody valentine sound but I actually like it more because the lyrics are more audible and the melodies are more conventional and easy to listen to. Pretty good.

fuckin love this song and the sound @ 1:57 is such a good touch. like, it perfectly replicates a feeling with a quick little accent sound without us knowing directly what sound it’s supposed to be - leaving it room to resonate with so many people listening. and i think that’s what makes all their music so good for me personally. a lot of their songs pull this exact genius shit and it’s rare to find so much soul in 1 project these days. i’m glad that i stumbled into her music back in 2020 quarantine when i did cause i just feel that she’s gonna go real far, along with her friends. it’s giving true artistry and i’m kind of a pretentious dickhead at times when i evaluate the current art around me (as an artist myself) so i really mean it when i say it lmao. i also barely comment on youtube considering this account is from 2011 and i was a kid but i just HAD TO because this shit is THAT GOOD

Actually underrated.
It’s got such a sweet nostalgic sound mixed with haunting eerie noises. Comforting and anxiety inducing at the same time. In my head it seems like it would be the signature song of Margo from Paper Towns or Alaska from Looking for Alaska. It’s got that mysterious tone
