My Husband is medically retired from the Marine Corps. We'll be going to universal for the very first time in a few days including HHN. Can you tell me are there any military discounts in the parks?
@@Laura-kl6ov that is very exciting! Are you ready? To answer your question, not in the parks unfortunately. Assuming you mean on food, merchandise, things like that?
This pass is WORTH IT! 👏🏼 my hubby is in the military & we went to the parks 5 times in 2022 and the passes were only $199 each. It definitely made us feel like we were cheating the system.
Great videos guys, What we usually do is have myself get one of the top tiers UAOP to get those sweet discounts. Of course this is just a preference for military families who are 5 or more to make sense. 15% off of food and discounts on merch is such an awesome benefit for us since we all like to buy souvenirs. These kids are only getting bigger lol
That premier pass offers some awesome discounts! Cannot deny that! Hotels, food, and merch? Can’t beat it. Haha feeding them I’m sure is only getting more expensive! Thank you for the support! It means a lot to us! How often are you able to get to the parks?
@@fudge_factor Looking forward to more content. We try to go three times a year but coming from Texas its a bit far but we try to hit up the slower park times.
@@fudge_factor We are going this June 11th give or take, we havent set the date officially but the timeline is looking good as of now. How often do yall go? I'd probably visit weekly if I was local. We are looking to move to Florida in 5-6 years time once all these kiddos get out of high school.
@@Arlucity gonna be toasty! We will just miss you! We are going in the beginning of June! We end up going every couple of months. If we lived local we’d be going all the time also lol Do the kids enjoy Universal as much as you do?
Thank you! Hopefully people will find it valuable! You guys have been crushing the content also! We always enjoy watching your videos when they come out!
Question: I can’t find any info regarding this but can you use them for Halloween horror nights as well? Or like perhaps go during the day and then just stay in the park for the transition at night..?
Define use them? Can you use your freedom pass for daytime park admission prior to hhn….yes. Does a freedom pass get you access to hhn? No. You still need an hhn ticket for admission to hhn
Just checked on these and would like to add that "Eligible Service Members are active or retired members of all branches of the U.S. Military, including the National Guard, Reservists, and/or their spouses, 100% Disabled Veterans and Department of Defense civilian personnel."
No, you do not by just purchasing the freedom pass. The easiest way to get epa with the freedom pass is by staying on site and getting a military discount on the room!

Great video! I don’t think a lot of military people know about this awesome benefit! I’m planning a trip to Disney next September and it’s so stressful. I have to have Robs DD214 sent to Shades of green, before they’ll even issue tickets. I’ve never had to do that at Universal. I call the nearest post, he takes my money and Universal sends me the vouchers and just show my ID. This will more than likely be my one and only trip to Disney. My sister wants to go before she retires and I figured id knock it out before Epic opens. With the cost difference for Disney compared to Universal, unfortunately I won’t be going to Universal next yr 😩😭 it kills me to say that!
Right? Talking to the guys at work with kids it makes so much sense to use this pass! That stinks you won’t make it to Universal but you’ll have a new adventure to share!!😊😊
@@fudge_factorEhh, yes and no. I’m really just going to see the Star Wars area and Avatar. I hope it’s worth the cost going. One trip there is like two of Universal. I plan on staying at the Port Orleans. I figured if I’m going I’m getting the full experience. They do give you 40% off the hotels. There’s a few that don’t qualify though.
