    I was having alot of severe pain in back and leg since last three days due to work related long standing hours. But I now feeling little relaxed after doing streching .I understood I was making a big mistake while changing sides while sleeping.

    Good morning Ma'am my 5th month is running, means almost complete so I can start walk also..
    Now I m doing walk early morning in my flat only because Dubai temperature is 48°c above from next month it will be start nice weather..

    Thank you for the clear instructions Mam. I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and I get a lot of leg cramps during sleep need to keep switching sides everyday 15 mins or so. Is there anything you suggest for me? To sleep peacefully

      Once you're in bed, allow your feet space to move around with loose blankets and bedding. If you sleep with your bedding tucked in with your toes pointing downwards, it can make cramps worse. Try raising your feet too, by propping them on a pillow.

    Mam I am little curious to know , I drink sweet lime juice but mistakenly their seeds also blended with juice, it becomes little bitter but after that I drink that juice, is it safe or not please reply, my 5th is running

    Mera 5 manth chal Raha he to Mera baby koi movment Nahi Kar Raha to koi problem to Nahi hogi. To ab muje age kya Karna Chahiye.
    Vese Me mere pet par hath rakhti hu to uaski Dil ki dhadkan sunay deti he.
