in the select article type their isn't a review article option ? there is other option like research paper , application paper , opinion paper , technical note etc

The submission process allows only one corresponding author, whereas you can choose co corresponding author during final correction of article during pre-proof, initially, you can mention about the co-corresponding author in Covering letter during submission

Is the journal following combined results and discussion or seperate heading to describe results followed by discussion. All these help you to design manuscript.
