    Ingredients
    Oil (Any flavourless) - 2 tbsps
    Paneer Chopped - 250 gms
    Roast till browned
    Peas (Fresh/Frozen) - 1/2 Cup
    Cook for 2 minutes
    Take it out in hot water and leave aside
    Cloves (Laung) - 2
    Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi) - 1
    Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) - 2
    Ginger Chopped - Small piece
    Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
    Fry for a few seconds
    Onion Sliced - 2 Medium
    Dry Red Chillies - 2 to 3
    Fennel Seeds (Saunf) - 1 tsp
    Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) - 1 tsp
    Cook till the onions are soft
    Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) - 2 tbsp
    Cashews - 8 to 10
    Mix well and transfer to mixer grinder
    Add little Water and Grind into a Smooth Paste
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Butter - 1 tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
    Mix Well and Add the Prepared Paste
    Cook till the paste leaves the sides of the Pan
    Fresh Cream/Malai - 2 tbsp
    Curd/Dahi - 1/4th Cup
    Add the Paneer and Peas, don't throw the water
    Salt 1 tsp or to taste
    Reserved Water - 1 Cup
    Cook for 5 mins or till desired gravy is reached
