I don't believe the USA truckers have enough common focus to pull anything off. The only thing that could work would be a general strike, but not many truckers can survive even a few weeks without an income. That loss of income will cause the Freedom Convoy to fail. I live in Canada and was in Ottawa Feb 6 at the protest site. They are incredibly warm and brave people at that protest. Everything Tucker says here is true.

I’ve been a driver for almost 15 years. Believe me when I say the drivers of the US are not far from doing this here.
I don't believe the USA truckers have enough common focus to pull anything off. The only thing that could work would be a general strike, but not many truckers can survive even a few weeks without an income. That loss of income will cause the Freedom Convoy to fail. I hear no groundswell of enthusiasm for it.

As a west coast trucker myself, we get treated like dirt on a daily basis. Nobody wants to do the job and places are so desperate for drivers, they’re offering crazy sign on bonuses and they still can’t find anyone.
