जैसा कि आप सब जानते हैं कि चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में विभिन्न प्रकार की नई तकनीकों का आगमन हो रहा है , उन्ही में से एक है LAPAROSCOPY यानि दूरबीन द्वारा ऑपेरशन करना ... सर्जिकल क्षेत्र में यह एक क्रांतिकारी कदम है ...
Laparoscopic surgeries के सफल होने में अनेस्थेसिया का बहुत महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है । GENERAL ANAESTHESIA में बहुत प्रकार की नई दवाईयाँ , तकनीक इत्यादि आ गए हैं जिसके फलस्वरूप जटिल से जटिल सर्जरी भी लेप्रोस्कोपी द्वारा करना संभव हो गया है ।।
GENERAL ANAESTHESIA में मरीज़ को बेहोशी की दवाई ड्रिप वाले CANNULA में से ही दे दी जाती है ... किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अन्य इंजेक्शन नही लगाया जाता ... मरीज़ बेहोश हो जाता है .... मरीज़ को सांस देने के लिए मुँह में एक सांस की नली डाली जाती है और इसको वेंटिलेटर मशीन से जोड़ दिया जाता है ।।।
जैसे ही ऑपेरशन समाप्त होता है , मरीज़ को इंजेक्शन द्वारा वापिस होश में लाया जाता है और जब वह सही प्रकार से साँस लेने लगता है तो उसकी सांस की नली निकाल दी जाती है ... इसके बाद मरीज़ स्वयं मुँह से साँस लेने लगता है और होश में आ जाता है ।।।।
Post operative Complications :
1. भ्रम की स्थिति
2. पेशाब करने में कठिनाई होना
3. Paralytic Ileus ( लकवाग्रस्त आंतरावरोध )
4. नियमित तरीके से साँस न ले पाना
5. वेंटिलेटर मशीन की जरूरत पड़ना
6. ICU में शिफ्ट करना
7. Aspiration Pneumonia
जो भी ये समस्याएँ आती हैं , इनको अनेक प्रकार के उपचार माध्यमों से ठीक किया जाता है ... ICU में CRITICAL CARE TEAM की देख रेख में मरीज़ का इलाज किया जाता है ।।।

Eisa kuchh nahi hai ... Koi gas nahi rehti pet mein ... Laparoscopy ki saari gas operation ke immediately baad nikal jaati hai ... Agar fir bhi aapka per foola foola lagta hai , usko PARALYTIC ILEUS bolte hain ... Ye condition operation ke baad aksar ho jaati hai ... Consult your surgeon once ... He will take care of it

Sir mene ultrasound karaya usme koi bhi stone nhi ha. dr kha rhe ha ki ye genetically ha . Mene 2 bar DTPA test bhi karaya usme bhi dono kidney sahi work kar rhi ha . Ivp test bhi karaya usme left kidney ma thodi si swelling ha. phle pain kabhi kabhi hota tha lekin ab har time thoda thoda pain rhata ha

It is rare condition .... Agar genetically problem hai , to stenting karke dekh sakte hain shayad us se relief mil jaaye ... Baaki aapke Dr Saab ki advice thik lag rahi hai ki agar stenting se thik nahi hua , to open surgery karni pad sakti hai jisko PYELOPLASTY kehte hain

Not at all ... It is known as DIAGNOSTIC LAPAROSCOPY ... it will be done under GENERAL ANAESTHESIA ... You won't feel any pain ... Don't worry

6 cm cyst both sides ... Size is big ... I don't think it will get settled with birth control pills ... Better to go for surgery ... Final decision to be done after consulting your Gynaecologist

Respected Ma'am ... There is some confusion from your side ... During Laparoscopy , gas is filled in your abdomen , and not in stomach ... And not even in head also ... Moreover, as the procedure gets over , all the gas comes out on its own that time itself ... It doesn't remain in the body ... Dont get misled by others who say that gas pet mein reh jaati hai ya dimaag ko chaddh jaati hai ... Etc etc 🙏🙏

You have to understand this point that you are getting pregnant ... Unfortunately landing up in abortions ... Specifically 2 abortions till now ... It itself means that there is no problem in conceiving ... Only issue is why the pregnancy is not getting sustained ...
But , I think many ladies undergo multiple abortions ... If you want , you can go for a HYSTEROSCOPY test , in which the cavity of the uterus is visualised to find any problem there ... It's my viewpoint ... And I am not a gynaecologist ... Better consult your concerned Gynaecologist in detail before undergoing any such procedure ... She would guide you in a better way 🙏🙏🙏

Sir jo apnae serious complications kae bare mae bataya uskae kitnae percent chances hotae hai kyoki mere 16 Feb ko hi laparoscopic surgery honi hai or muge bahut darr bhi lag raha hai but it's very important because I have stone in gall bladder of 17 mm and 9 mm
You please go ahead with the surgery ... All such complications are rare ... Lap cholecystectomy is a routine surgery done almost at all centres ... Nothing tk worry. ... All shall be taken care off ... Anaesthetist Doctor will be there to help you out

Sir meri lap cholecystectomy ho gai hai 29 feb ko..gall bladder biopsy ke liye gaya hai jo ke 13 march ko report aayegi..doctors ne pathology report par likha hai 1)..single cystic duct and artery.2)multiple calculi in gb lumen.3) stone and billary spillage is positive...eis 3 no ka ka matlav hai...mujhe bola gaya tha ke aapke gall bladder main abscess and pus yhi aur galla hua tha gall bladder..sir yeh khatre ki baat to nahi mujhe drainge pipe 1 din daal ke rakhi thi ab nikal chuki hai main bilkul theek hu koi pain nahi...plz aa detail main mujhe reply kar dijiye sir🙏🙏

U can definitely go for Laparoscopy ... Due to endometriosis, sometimes there are cyst formations in ovaries ... These can be removed laparoscopically ... And then some medicines are also advised by the gynaecologist to cure endometriosis ... After that , chances of conception increases ... Most of the ladies conceive after this treatment .... Hello Neelam ji ... Actually , removing the uterus at this young age of 35 has its own complications ... But , sometimes, we don't have any other options left because excessive bleeding etc ... I think u are taking proper medicines already ... Just check out whether your both ovaries also got removed during surgery ??? If yes , then you have to take some hormonal supplements also after consulting your Gynaecologist 🙏🙏
