You can take boil egg, local fish, high fiber foods, puffed rice,... etc. But don't take meat now. After one month you can take local chicken soup. Take care.

Thanks for the information. I had my gall bladder removed two weeks back. I have been a bit of a foodie Doc. The though that I cannot eat much anymore, is wrecking havoc on my mental health. Does it mean that I cannot eat red meat and rich food like biryani and stuff anymore?
You can eat all the healthy stuff. Unhealthy crap was bad anyways. The video stresses that eat clean and no harm should come your way. Foodie can also mean a more clean eater than junk eater

If you don't change your diet you'll get frequent and worse galstone attacks anyways. Eating junk isn't good for your skin or organs anyways. I think within moderation you'd be fine. I got mine removed Friday and ate chips and salsa today and was fine.

Can i eat junk and fats food sometimes, after 5 years of recovery. Do let me know sir.. Because I'm about to do my surgery this November. Well I'm 24 years now.
I have Gallstone of 9mm which is now 9.2mm after one year, I have homeopathy treatment going on, however, I have gastritis due to my Gallstone to left side under the chest and it is not going away at all, I had initially taken a lot of Gas related tablets before and after the meal , but now I have stopped using any tablets, pain is still there but I can handle it, but I keep watch on it's size. Don't know whther I should handle the pain or go for any operation. Some are lucky as they don't have gastritis though they have Gallstone...

Hello Dr. Vishal, I went through gallbladder stone removal by laparoscopic but it’s was unsuccessful and common duct was injured and then got referred to different hospital and thr gallbladder was removed and common duct was fixed, now I’m doing good..accn to doctor laparoscopic was the only way to know the anatomy, is this true?? It seems my anatomy was critical and thr were liquid which leads surgeon confused and he damaged the duct.. is this expected? As i complained to hospital but they are saying this risk was not expected.. I went through hell lot pain , got one big cut and was in hospital for 11 days

@nisha if we all are made to pay for our mistakes then soon no one will be able to work. Because humans make mistakes. Mistake means something out of someone's control or unintended. Punishment is reserved for intentional harm. Maybe when computers start to treat humans then we won't have this problem.

Can we eat maggi and pasta like stuffs?? I know these are made from maida. But if we cook it without oil and in a boiled manner, can we have it.

Thank you doc. Your video is very informative. I had my surgery 2 months back. I am now heavily deficient in vitamin D3 despite regularly taking the supplement. Is it true that after gallbladder surgery the vitamins don’t get absorbed and that we need to supplement with certain enzymes ?? Pls reply as due to vitamin D deficiency I’m facing extreme exhaustion and various body aches, pains. I had to take D3 injection because the capsule uprise D3 is not working for me post surgery.
