Swimming: I don't know if you've been looking at technique since this video, but here are some tips I learned when I first started swimming. When you breath out do it with your face in the water, it's something so obvious I felt stupid when I learned it. Turn your head to one wall when you breath and breath in every other stroke until you can make it three strokes. Picking a wall and facing that with each breath and lap will keep you from unbalancing your arm strength. Keep up the good work.

It has been 64 weeks, do you know how hard it is to stay consistent with anything for 64 weeks? And it's not like he hasn't lost any weight, his progress probably slowed because he DID lose weight. It happens, we lose motivation. With the weight regain, he will likely be remotivated to fix his diet.

You got blisters because of those crocs. Plastic, friction and sweating dont go together. You need proper runners that support your heels and knees so when you run it lessens the impact on your joints. I believe you are also just eating once a day? That isnt sustainable in the long run. See a dietician and see what you can eat,and at least 3 times a day. Maybe some meal replacements shakes? Go get em Uso!! ❤

i love running and walking! 10k is super impressive, very strong man, especially with all the weight you have to carry around, i couldnt imagine! just make sure to have good shoes and good socks, mby they can help you reduce blisters. crocs are not gonna cut it for those long walks lol
all kinds of awesome, new exercises ... gotta build up to them or risk injury. when I used to endurance train there's a athletic tape for the bottom of your feet to prevent blisters. I had a friend in college... I never had her results... she could wolf down a double cheeseburger, fries and a large shake and looked every bit of a sports fitness model... she rode her bike 50 miles a day, everyday. your videos are showing consistency, and having fun when you can. keep it going 😃👍

I think the same,he may need surgery to help him eat less. Let's see how he goes. He could try and get a proper dietitian first and see how that goes. I think he needs to have surgery on his radar,but try and do it alone first. If he has tried and still can't do it..than perhaps he needs some medical/ surgical help? Let's see.

Please check out Dr Ken Berry, Michaela Peterson, Limitless Lindy and Dr Chaffee videos on carnivore diet I think this will really be a game changer for you. I really encourage you to do strength/resistance training at least 2 times per week at 30 minutes each session always leave at least a 24. Hour gap between strength days, it will build muscle, strength and increase metabolism to burn even more kilojoules even when you’re resting/sleeping. It also helps with toning. God bless 🙏🏼
IMHO, you should be doing run/walks at your current weight. It will give you the stimulus of running without all the impact injury risk. Keep up the good work. Any idiot can lose weight; it’s how you keep it off. 👍🏾

I never learned that on the swim team… but I can also hold my breath for like 3+ minutes so I guess that might be why.
