I really don't know. Episode 0 is only on this booklet for now, but Shadow the Hedgehog Episode 1 can be read online or the monthly corocoro comic.
As long as it is Japan exclusive, I think it will always be a rare item.

Dude I can't afford one of these, but I really wanna know what happens in this manga 😢
In episode zero, it shows Shadow defeated GUN before Sonic arrives. There is a page showing Shadow griding just like the beginning of Radical Highway in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle which I thought was really cool!
