What a wonderful meditation. During it, I channelled an angel who said look at Leonardo Da Vinci's drawing. I didn't know what the title to it was but I saw the image in my mind for some reason. It ended up being the Ventruvian man drawing. Pretty famous but not many people understand it. Interestingly enough, the angel said you will understand now what that drawing means. Everyone is really a piece of us (energy wise). Leonardo knew more than most people of his time. And of course, I forgave myself during this meditation and am excited to move forward. Woohoo! Smiles and hugs to everyone. Have a beautiful mindset.

Back to 10 or 11 when my father my hero tragically passed.
I felt as if abandoned and lost. I had a voice to heal and encourage others and started losing my voice and felt left alone.
I was given the opportunity to carry on the work of my father but I didn’t use my authentic voice. I kept adjusting to fit in.
Now I realize I wasn’t abandoned. My father passed the torch and he’s also here as my angel to support me to go international with my voice.
My work is to work with ancestors kings and queens in Africa and other countries

This was very powerful. I realized why I am alone right now. I let my fears control me and my biggest fear is of being alone. So as I am overcoming this fear right now of being alone, my fears will no longer control me. And I see myself speaking up more in the future and not living in fear.

This was incredible, life changing. I'm feeling im in my highest timeline now. I went back to when i was 10 or 11 and l didn't expect the memory to be a fatherhood wound, i was able to rewrite it and i feel so powerful and healed, i love myself, im so happy that i can support myself in this way. Soooooo powerful, Daniel 🌟. Perfect timming for me also 🕐 . I've been walking many years the path of self discovery and gathering information without quite knowing it and the last 3-4 year have been just 1 dominoe piece after another. Just received that rythms change, and it's all good. I realized that the principal thing that is stoping me is fear of judgment, of not being accepted, and how this shaped my reality when i was being afraid of being myself just to please others. I was afraid of my true self.

I just finish listening to thus. I usually fall asleep on meditation but bec of the interval activity of the breath I was able to stay on it and do the work. Again thank you for doing this for free. I just wish I can join one of your retreats and experience the transformation person.

Very interesting experience. As I was meditating felt love, a nice cozy feelig from the past that I was almost forgotten. My consciousness was weird, like a bit all over the place, but also a bit focused. Like I was in a dream. When I opened my eyes i got a bit terrifided like some existential anxiety hit me a bit. I just could not let go fully of my past. I was still scared of life. But no matter what, I feel that it's a step in the right direction.

Thank you for this. Is this similar to what you are doing in two day dreamporting in July?
For me rhe breath through the mouth felt very uncomfortable. Tingling in my head and chest, heaviness. And when the meditation eneded i felt very frustrated when i didnt see a vision for my future. Everything felt blury and the anxiety of not having a vision just overwhelmed me a lot.

I have a question if it’s still valid to ask one. Well I had a broken heart for like 1 year and after this video I finally felt open heart, I was all sweaty in a particular body parts, but I felt light hearted but eventually this feeling fade away and now I still have broken heart. Any ideas? Should I do this practice regularly ?
Thank you so much for your question. This journey takes time. If you feel your heart closing, get curious. Is there a trigger? I would invite you to stay in conscious inquiry with yourself and begin to incorporate heart opening practices through meditation, yoga, and whatever else feels resonant to you. If I hold my breath longer - even I can but I will totally pass out!... I feel like just letting go and just go there but I am scared so I hold back. Can you or anyone who knows give a feedback on this? ❤
Should we be doing this all the time or just once?
Thanks for your comment! It depends, for some it takes one release and integration, and for others it take a few times to really excavate blocks and limiting beliefs. It's all intuitive, so if you feel that there is more to be released, you can use this meditation to support you :)
