    Can JASP handle RM MANOVA and split plot design/nested design?

    • @AlexanderSwan
      @AlexanderSwan  Місяць тому

      No it cannot. You need HLM programs for these kind of designs

    Can we do post-hoc in MANOVA???

    • @AlexanderSwan
      @AlexanderSwan  Рік тому

      No, post-hocs need to be performed in other modules with single DVs

    how would this work with a repeated measures experiment?

      Unfortunately JASP is constrained and can’t do RM with multiple DVs. This is something you’d want to look in R directly. Most of the time, you’re looking at Hierarchical Linear Modeling rather than RM MANOVA

    How can I ad covariates so it becomes a manCova analysis?

    Why not do an Independent t test ?

    • @AlexanderSwan
      @AlexanderSwan  Рік тому

      For a Multivariate Analysis of Variance? These two kinds of tests are incompatible, as MANOVA is multiple dependent variables, while a t-test can only handle 1 at a time.

    Is there a way to know if between groups

    Helpful. Bud, you've got to skip the coffee before you start. You're just talking a bit too fast.

      Can never skip coffee, that’s impossible. Try using the player controls to slow me down a bit if I am talking too fast!

      I concede re the coffee. Guess I'll have to settle for tech to help me out then...@@AlexanderSwan
