    Acceptance is the name of the game. Stopping to think, “I am in charge of the Universe including every fiber in my body.” Letting the Nature, or, if you prefer, Good Lord, do their job.

    Pain is in the brain. No doubt here All tms Those tests clarified the problem very clear! Why would I want something permanently wrong vs. TMS which is fixable and besides Im not broken? Broken is victimhood. No thx
    I made that commitment to not freakout. Instead mindset to live life today. It's getting better and better.
    Love the lake life❤🎉🎉 ty Dan

    This method can work for anxiety , which I have that leads to pains in my lower back-legs, etc. Not always easy to NOT FREAK out but it’s necessary to get through this, every day is a new day to behave, speak, act, correctly. Thank you Dan-love your videos-they keep me minded to do this correctly.

    My brain keeps checking on the symptoms. This is a subconscious pattern, but I can consciously notice when it's happening. I need to try to re-pattern my behaviours, if that makes sense. I need to catch myself when I'm in those behaviours and divert my attention elsewhere.

    Thank you, Dan, for your daily videos. They are my 'go to' every morning. It looks so lovely and peaceful there. Hope your Kayak didn't fill with water because of the rain last night. Enjoy your break 😀

    When I feel strong pain I am
    Saying out loud all the time “I am fine, its just TMS, I am not broken ecc” but I feel horrible fear inside and I feel like I am cheating on myself, what should I do then?

    • @nestechen
      @nestechen 26 днів тому +3

      Accept the symptoms and the fear. Don’t fight it. Let it be there fully. And just watch the symptoms and the fear. Realize there is nothing to be fearful about.
      If you’re telling yourself “I am fine” all the time, even though you’re not, of course there will be fear. Recognize you are feeling unwell, and just let it be there. Hope this makes sense 😅

    Would it be possible to make a video sometime about your opinion and tips around tinnitus? It's my only, i think tms, symptome i keep struggling with. Thank you in advance! And thanks for all your super helpful video's, it means a lot.

      Yes it certainly is tms! As Marie already said any type of stress can make it appear more prominent...as does constant focus, attention & worrying/fear etc. I hope this helps.💜

    Perceived danger is how the pain system works, is it how fatigue symptoms work as well?

    I can’t deal with people who chronically freak out and emotionally dump on other people expecting others to regulate their nervous system. It reminds me too much of my mom and borderline personality Emotional dumpers need to take a long hard look in the mirror and think about the effect they have on other people.

      Totally agree. I find the work of Dr. Lisday Gibson so helpful in this area. I originally heard about her on Eddie Lindenstiens podcast. She wrote books for adult children of emotionally immature parents. She has videos on UA-cam as well.
