    Under Article 22 for punitive detention, the right to be produced before the magistrate is within 24 hours “including” the travel time. You’ve told the travel time is excluded ma’am.

    2nd option is actually correct Article 32 can't be suspended ever since article 20 and 21 if violation is done person can go to courts under article 32..

      But F.R ke enforcement k liye court jaane ka right president can suspend na during a national emergency to Absolute to nhi hua na.

    In Laxmikant book it is given certiorari is issued against judicial and quasi judicial bodies and not against administrative bodies…..plz clarify which one is right

    in 1991 the Supreme Court ruled certiorari can also apply to administrative bodies if their decisions infringe on individual rights
