Its just the same TV but 2024 DU7000 version with some I.A 4k scaling, i wish it was a technician review sadly no one has the time, and no one trust reviews of people selling it to you so yeah. So go for the CU7000 that is still very really cheap and an acceptable choice if u need ... just a tv.
The Samsung Du7000 isnt a Qled.Its Crystal line.
Sorry just thought i would mention.
That's QLED without the Q. But feels like QLED tho. Great review btw.

Recently I came across to a similar version the DU7100, could you please explain the main differences between the DU7000 and the DU7100?

The DU7100 is a slightly newer model, so it may have slightly better processors or just general specs. However, the screen quality is exactly the same. If I were you, I would 100% go with the cheaper one of the two and try to find some discount codes online to get it even cheaper.

The same button that you found mute with on the remote is the volume button. Push the button up or down (not vertically as that will mute it) to increase or decrease volume.
I bought one yesterday I literally had no clue what we were getting into. What's the age of use recommendation for this bad boy. It surprises me how advanced technologies getting.
If you find it difficult to use I always recommend a Roku sticks because they are user friendly.

Hi can the 65" fit onto my currently 55" wall mount bracket? Both Samsung TV.
I can't say for sure, but usually a 55 mount will fit a 65 too

Both are great TVs, but I lean more toward the Samsung because I like the apps it has.

The Samsung CU7000 and Samsung CU8000 are surprisingly comparable TVs, each having particular strengths. The CU8000 has a wider color gamut and slightly higher peak brightness, making it more pleasant to look at. It also has a more premium, slimmer design. However, it's a particularly slow TV; its response time is poor, which makes it ill-suited for watching sports or for playing fast-moving games, but it helps with watching movies as a slow response time reduces perceived stutter. One of the CU7000's primary strengths is its fast response time, especially in bright scene transitions, making it suited to sports and fast games. Ultimately, the CU7000 is likely cheaper and of particular interest to those wanting a cheaper TV to play games on and watch sports, while the CU8000 has a premium look and outputs more impressive images due to its wider color gamut and slightly higher peak brightness.
what about Tizen OS vs Google TV?
I prefer the Tizen OS over Google TV. Mainly because I have the Spectrum TV app
