Imagine being on 10/20k worth of bike and getting slapped about like this. Absolutely awesome content - can't see it being long before your picked up/sponsored on here. Would be worth every penny 👌
After watching your vids I always come away with a big smile on my face. Good riding Keep it up I’m off to fire up my gs500 Thanks for the inspiration 🤘
Esas deportivas son nadaaaaaa para ti, eres el verdadero maestro, yo también monto una gs500f, chulada, en las montañas siempre ponemos a sudar a las 1200 y demás jeje, saludos
3:25 almost getting your helmet on the kerb 😀😆 Great braking, great corner speed, the only place they have a hope is on the power and that's not down to their ability. You're good.
I had 2 gs500's. They are very nippy through the twisties. I had lots of fun leaving liter bikes for dust in the South blackforest and alps back on the late 90's.
Hi, amazing skills, gs500 was my first bike. Would you be able to record short video about how to get more confidence to lean and how to get more corner speed ?
i own a jetted/open exhaust but mostly stock 1989 gs500e with 30k on the odometer. Love the bike. What engine oil do you use? Synthetic, part synthetic oil or straight mineral? Thanks for this great video!!!!
Hi Tony, i run Motul 5000 which i think is a blend. It has always looked after my engines and i am very very hard on them i would thoroughly recommend it!
Make sure you come down to Lydden Hill trackday in Kent to have a rip round (if you haven’t already) Also Lord Of Lydden motorcycle racing 23rd October 2021, think entries are still open. Might be a right laugh for you mate
Amazing riding. I have a GS500F with Pilot Street Radials. Could you lean that bike the same as you do this one? What I'm asking I guess is do you need to set up a GS500 in a particular way to ride it like you do? Thanks for posting. Well done on the fast times.
Thankyou Andy, mine is completely stock apart from a Delkevic exhaust which allows me to lean a little further as it has more ground clearance, there is no reason why yours could not be ridden in the same manner
Hi, I know in few other videos you described the bike as stock (except line, pads and exhaust) but I need to ask it: did you change rear sets? I simply cannot imagine that lean angle without scraping the whole set. Cheers mate, you inspired me to not sell my GS (which I wanted to do after my last track day).
The pegs are indeed stock but i have ground them down to the point they are less than half the original length, i have bought another gs and will be taking a hacksaw to them haha
@@ADHDSUZUKInice. I have an 03 and I’m just learning to ride (Go for my road test in two days) but I have buckets of fun on it. Not that I have anything to compare it to but you seem to manhandle it “fairly well” so I’m pretty sure any limitations are mine and not the motorcycle.
The funniest part about all of this is that Gs is not even a light bike that you would think of as a small cc trackbike. Modern ninja 400 is 30ish kg lighter. I do wonder how the people passed by you must've felt. Note to self: "Fix the weird front brake issue and go to track." (Same gs500)

Absolute amazing, your lean angle is unbelievable!

Awesome! Thanks Dave

Nice riding, I had no idea gs500's were that good on the track! Glad I have one!

Which date was this? I may have been there.
That’s corner speed for you!! Fantastic to watch!!
Thankyou very much, glad you enjoyed the video!
Keep it up brother ❤️👌🙏
What tires are you using?
Ahaha mad kent!! I used to run tyre warmers without stands until one hot day they melted a little whole in them where they touched the ground 🤣🤣
Same thing just happened to my warmers haha
Tyres?

It would be my pleasure
My guess is all that car park practice on your other videos? I might have to do the same 😄

Sounds brilliant! Will be looking into that for sure
Wow man! You are unbeliveble! What tyres dimensions do you use?
Thanks man i use 110/70 front 140/70 rear

@@ADHDSUZUKI 🤣🤣🤣 ffkk thats funny riding around with short little nubs for pegs
What do you like…hmmm? Maybe the question is: why do you choose the gs500 when you can get any number of bikes?
I have a few bikes but i probably have the most fun on the 500 to be honest

Hello ! What Jets / carb set up you got there bud?
Completely stock mate i could not rebuild a carburettor to save my life lol
guy;s the nut.s,,,get;s them all on the corner;s, lol. bit of engine work piss on them all, 🤣
Serious question, is this the novice group cos everyone else seems bolt upright? Ripping past everyone too. Nice riding, some great lean angle there!
Inters 2, i get straight up to pace within 2 laps. I was trying to move up to fast group but they had no spaces left.
@@ADHDSUZUKI Yeah you are definitely passing the others with ease. Good going 👍
I attended this day on a grom and did the same to most of the novice group 😂
See you all on the 9th july.
