I don’t understand why you compare a Thin plate pure
lead battery to an absorbed glass mat battery. Your video on how to make the odyssey battery mentioned using absorbed glass mat. So my question is what is different. I know other battery manufacturers that also use thin plate pure lead with absorb glass mats and they Refer to their Batteries as absorb Glass Matt Batteries,
Hi Ryan my understanding is...AGM batteries can be either 1. Thin plate pure lead or 2. more traditional ordinary (not thin and not pure lead) plates. They are different. Hope this helps.
