This video has the energy of a summer trip video, something that a field trip in middle school would put together. And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. On a serious note, this is the most effort I've seen in DBD content since Otz's teir lists. Thank you for this Gem.
In idv they have an official mode like this and as an ex player of that game and dbd (my phone broke-) it's usually chaos and we need to make this mode and official option in dbd mainly for chaos
the last 3 minutes was pure Joy from the music to the editing and reminds me why i picked this game up...to HAVE FUN. So many people take it way too serious. But in general the whole video was just so fun and wholesome in a way to see everyone having such a blast goofing off. Love it

no ... it would be broken, simply because of the perks. Having 2x ruin? 2x thana? 2x dying light? what if the killer are a pig+ a trapper? trapping the jigsaw boxes would make it impossible to get the trap off, and that's just one of the unlimited examples of how broken this would be

Seriously the game is so try-hardy, the game needs some more broken shit to break the tension, like seriously aren't you bored of always running DS, unbreakable, deadhard and BT? This kind of game mode changes the entire way you think of the game and just makes it so ridiculous you can't even take it seriously, seriously dbd isn't a competitive game...

Ever since I saw this in Identity V, I've wanted it to be a thing. But whenever I bring it up people just bitch and moan that it wouldn't work. I'm glad someone with credibility and a little fame have shown that at the very least it would be a bit enjoyable. The crazy part Is that they made it possible in a mobile cartoon version of the game but can't for the game they work on the most.
It would be amazing but I just have like a few questions and what would they do, what if both killers had noed, would they make you find 2 totems or would it cancel each other out and just act as 1 noed for the both of them? Surely they’d have to increase the gens if there’s 8 survivors so that would probs mean reworking the maps so that there’s always spare . It would be long process for them but we’ll worth it It would be cool if they added a feature so that both the killers could see each other’s perks so that they can effectively pick them so they both don’t just have the same perks
@@rhiannonhayes9293 In Identity V the considerably increased the time it takes to do a generator, and the survivors can take about 3 hits. The wiggle time is also increased as well though. There are no sort of totems but like you said, they could certainly figure it out! They even made it so it's available only at certain times because it's a smaller game so that the game population wasn't split up between its relatively small population.

4:58 this is exactly why the 2v8 mode in Identity V has a 40 second period after first hook where the survivors cannot be rescued to prevent farming like this lmao
That part with the herd of Claudettes was beautiful! I couldn't stop laughing during the entire thing. It looked like those two nurses were just having a relaxing stroll through the park and then somewhere around them there was just a swarm of Claudettes waddling around like pigeons, having a good time, doing their little Claudette things. I can't possibly be the only one who finds the survivors really cute sometimes, right? Also, the editing was god tier. The music, the camera angles, the cuts, perfect.
I love that so much, it makes me cry bc it’s nostalgia just all of you guys having fun at once and there were so many familiar faces too that I know and watch right now
I just can't, this video makes me feel so confortable, after one year whatching first time, it still makes me happy to see people really enjoying the game and the time that they spend together. What a nice friends just enjoying the roleplay, what a nice editing, what a nice vibe. Thanks for making this video
Honestly, this could have just been a normal game on old autohaven, or just a game with old billy, and I would have enjoyed it. This is above and beyond, premium content.
I’ve watched this video 3 times now. The vibe you group gives off along the the editing and some BANGERS just makes this video top tier. Smaller channels like this who actually put the work in are the best. You deserve much more credit then you have. Keep at it your one of the best DBD creators I’ve seen
It would take a lot of work to balance. Perks, killers, maps, items, addons, objectives etc. all would have to changed just for this mode. It is not as easy as just throwing 8 survivors and 2 killers into a match.
if they add this mode, it should be unranked. no rank system for 2v8. just purely for bloodpoints and fun. that way they don't have to rebalance the game. just play the mode without any serious expectations.
@@rogueraccoon1840 ...No. people know how to play. Camping is viable in that game because unlike DBD. hook (chair) stages are 30 seconds each. and there are survivor characters that are made to counter camping.

@@rogueraccoon1840 The meta of the game is much different then in DBD. Think. it takes a full minute for someone to go to stage two on a hook in DBD. but in Identity V. it takes half as much time. That makes it more viable to camp- and the terror shock mechanic makes it riskier on a rescue. because instead of an unreliable grab mechanic. if you get hit during an action. you go down.
