I think for a lot of people Dope was the first BTS song that ever heard. Which is funny since RM starts the song saying "is this your first time with BTS?"

You said you didn’t expect to Jungkook’s high note but Jungkook’s a main vocal in Bts and here in Korea, every idols and trainee study and learn Jungkook’s vocal. Because music industry says Jungkook’s textbook of idol and his stable and incredible vocal is always their role model and example for singers. Jungkook is a live king👍
YJ Cho no offense, but can I get a link to this? because while he’s extremely stable, he doesn’t have the best technique so I don’t understand why idols would want to study his.
If you're referring to Jungkook's high note in 9:39 that's jimin. In that specific part of the song Jimin and Jungkook switch singing in every phrase so if you hear closely you can see that Jungkook is singing sometimes jimin's part and the same goes for him.

@@Cristina-yy4dz Jungkook does the highnote live everytime tho. Jimin has never done it live. There is a reason they gave Jungkook that highnote esp since it has to be executed well live with all that choreo.
@@byunciaga2630 he actually does have the best technique out of the vocal line with Tae following closely behind. Jungkook's highnote, esp the one I heard on twitter today when he was belting during rehearsal sound so smooth, not forced or strained and completely effortless. I have shown multiple clips to my voice teacher and he has said countless of times that while JK's technique is not flawless, it is good and the best out of the vocal line.

I hope you would continue the Wings short film for the hyung line, and their compilation of habit as well not only to be fair but for you to be able to comprehend the theory for the role of all the members..

Son sung deuk their choreographer only said it just to compliment him after that choreo he did in singularity, but we're not even sure if he has an authorization to appoint him to a new position in dance line. Their company BH has a contract & each member's position was stated on it, only BH officials or the CEO himself has the authority to appoint nor even change their positions officially! Ya'll just focusing to V so you tend to miss how great is Suga in executing their dance moves! So if you're saying that suga is not on the same level of V then you might be missing Suga's moves and it's such a shame! Try to focus watching him if you have time!

V is well known for his facial expressions and stage presence. He has a lot of idol fans because of that, and ofc because he's gorgeous and has an amazing voice.

That was my FIRST BTS MV Ive ever watched (back when I was very curious about "what is kpop like" )and it has just came out back then.. I started stanning them in Not Today era but this mv still holds such a big and special place in my heart J literally git goosebumps after the few first seconds of it 😭

Funny that you mention taehyung’s facial expressions because I read somewhere not long ago that other kpop idol trainees actually study his performances to learn how to express themselves while performing! He really does have great facial expressions, I’ll never get tired of watching him perform. He was born to be onstage for sure
Suga, RM and Jin are amazing dancers too... It's not like dance line is always in front. And Suga is probably as good as V💜
Maybe not as good as V (he's on the dance line) but he improved so much and was actually, already a good dancer since their debut.
That doesn't mean that Yoongi is worse just because he's not in the dance line...Maybe you should watch dance practises and just focus on him and you'll see that he's actually good. Yoongi himself once said that he's really good if he tries

In the bridge (9:27) Jimin's first line is actually Jungkook singing. The same for Jungkook's second line (with the high note), cause that's Jimin.
Jin's first line (in the whole song, not the bridge) is Jimin singing too.
Sometimes they do that for the MVs, they have someone lip sync it, but it's not them singing.
I'm NOT saying that they are lip syncin LIVE, nor that they can't sing. I'm saying that the person singing in the audio and the person singing in the MV, (in the cases i pointed in my main comment) aren't the same person. I am ARMY, i know what they are capable of singing, their high notes and everything.
Oh, and I also know that they sing their own lines LIVE, i have seen it before. But I was just talking about the MV

Probably you won't see this but since I haven't seen any comments regarding this I'll just explain. Dope is a great song however it confuses the viewer. What I mean by that is that the mv doesn't really show when each member is singing. For example the first time jin appears, he's actually "singing" jimin's part, so actually jin only has one part song, which would be his second apperience in the mv. In addition, in the bridge of the song when both Jimin and Jungkook are singing they switch vocals. If you hear closely you can see that Jungkook is singing sometimes jimin's part and the same goes for Jimin. These "changes" were done mainly because jin wouldn't have as many screentime as the other members and because it was easier to the camera crew to film it that way. However in the live stages every member sings what they are "supposed" to be singing in the mv. Jin has his 2 fragments in the song and Jungkook does those high notes.
