Spend a few days with me resetting for a new month and doing all the things that make me feel good - we spend time with friends, eat nourishing food, spend time reflecting on the last month (and year!) and set new goals for the month and season ahead. My reset for june is not as I hoped for with my sore throut and cold. Bummer. But hey... it will pass... and it's a good excuse to hang on my sofa and really do nothing but bingewatching...😂 I wish you the best week. Love ya ❤❤❤
