      only in 128 , but it will take time and will be damn expensive like 25-30k per sq ft with flat size of min 3000 sq ft- so close to 10cr for 3bhk

      Sir market main buyers Nahi hai.... I would suggest contact builder if you want to invest.... These agents will take commission, from builder you can get 5lakh to 10lakh discount.

      Typically how much commission these agents make? And when? For example, for this ACE project, I am getting a ton of calls from all over the place but no agent is talking about commission, probably because it is in pre launch state. Also, it is doubtful if there is enough interest in the market as against what is told by these agents.
      Also, what is the best way to get builder discounts??

    Sir ek baar batao ki yh builder hm sbka bna rhe h kya.
    Jitni mehngi society ho ya aap jo suggests kr rhe ho stamp paper pe likh ke de skte ho build quality achi hgi n seelan total fur nhi hgi?
    Adhi noida mein jitni achi society ho 3-4 saal mein aise lagti h ki 50 saal purani ho.
    Sector 150 jiske yh builders crores maang rhe h wahan raat mein Aisa sannata hta h jaise azamgarh.
    Aur jiss hisab se rate badh rhe h to aapke hisab se saari property bahut jald 50 crore ki ho jaygi.
    Itna mehnga Banglore
    Hyderabad ya Mumbai bhi nhi h kmjo Noida bech rhe.
    Yahan companies tk to aayi nhi h.
    Office saare Khali pade h but Paisa banglore aur Mumbai wala .
    I suggest ki aap sb Noida NCR se better apne gaon ya tier 2 city mein lagaye.
    Qki Noida inflated h aur society ka sach u ke residents ya mygate pe dekh lo

      The reason is not builders, reason h demand, ab agar koi kabristaan m bhi crores kharch karne k liye taiyar hoga to builder to paise lega hi na. Future speculation pe log paise kharch kar rhe h to builders bech rhe hain.

      ​@@SofiaGoyal You are correct but agar demand itni h to resale mein kaise sasta h same broker is giving the flat in society from builder at 1.3 cr and same flat in same society is 1 cr in resale agr demand itni h to resale mein itna farq kyun 10-12 lakhs fr bhi justified h but Maine Kai society dekhi Jo nhi bani h usmein resale mein 20 se 30 lakhs ka difference h iska mtlb ek fake hawa bhi create ho rhi h taki panic buying ho.
