  • In this video we will share with you one mistake that is being made when buying a plot. When you are buying a plot for investment purposes or buying a plot for constructing your own house, you should keep this in mind. This was what was being done by our ancestors and we should do the same.

    Only make sure that you are investing in genuine society. There are alot of fake societies who have no land and your hard-earned money can be stolen by these societies so pls do some background searching while investing. Different cities has different market rate so pls keep that in mind too. I personally invest in Karachi and Islamabad but now I am thinking of tapping Lahore also. Commercial versus residential and shops versus readymade villas or houses which can easily be sold or rented out once the project is finished. I am not a realster but I learned all these tricks from the youtube and believe me Alhamdullelah now I am earning in parallel from real estate investment and from my full time job.

    Sir you are doing great job MashAllah. I liked your last video which you addressed to youth to buy plots when they start earning. I missed that to some extent and now I really regret. I was working in Qatar and earned a lot but missed to buy anything. When I was leaving Qatar, I got end of service award which was few thousand US dollars. First I thought to buy a nice car back home in Pakistan but then I thought to buy a plot in overseas in Bahria. Believe me, I invested that money in overseas plot and one villa and that all on easy installments. Now, the same two properties are almost more than three times of my investment and high demand in market.

    G bilkul aisa hi hai, na sirf plots kay liye Balke ghar on kay liye bhi aisa hi hati, apki batai Hoi strategy houses kay liye bhi rakhi jae to faida hota hai👍

    Mere Late Nani btate thein, Shalimar ka area Rs.400 per marla tha , aur Gulberg Rs.250, n Gulberg koi jata nhi tha, tab 5 canal ka ghar bnaya tha !!!

    the last point, people like to save by participating in these commitees (BCs) and every month they contribute their saving in these commitees. I think this is wasting your money. Our PKR depreciate with passage of time and therefore rather than saving through commitees and especially commitees which last for years, put that in any installment based land or plot or whatever real estate you can afford.

    I have several examples to give. My advice to all those who earning something is to save whatever they can and please dont save it in banks. Park it in any real estate or any land or any business which can make sense to you. Or the least is to buy dollars or ryals. I personally have no idea of bitcoins but my friends eaned from there as well. Gold is also ideal for investment.

    Sir Need advice.
    I booked steel for house construction from one mill, they promised to deliver when in need like 2 to 3 weeks.
    Now he is making excuses that rates are increased, there is unavailability etc.
    Please advise what to do in this case.

      Sir you should have booked it from factory and from reliable source. This doesn't happen with us as we do book as per our demands

      @@GharPlansPakistan JUNAID sb. you can reflect a Purchase order/ Order confirmation template in the requested video, plus choosing reliable sourcing mechanism factory direct/ dealer/agent etc. it could not be limited to Steel, Iron bars, Cement, Bricks and sand different topics creating different videos… means delivering quality content as you do always. Your contribution to society in commendable 🌸
