You are a great teacher. Most of the other popular UA-cam nurses totally skip how to apply the word problem into the numerator when the question directly asks. Good job! I absolutely suck at math and still count on my fingers but was able to grasp these problems.

Just to clarify: when I say do the math/put it in your calculator I mean multiply the numerator (top numbers), then multiply your denominator (bottom numbers). Then divide the numerator total by the denominator total.

I want you to know I found you on UA-cam just yesterday. And I watched 3 of your videos on IV drips. I was following so many other nurses on here and never got a grip on dosage calculations. Any ways I found you yesterday and BOOM. The worksheets I got from other people teaching that I couldn’t figure out. I just did both worksheets. I got 18/20 on one because I think two of the questions might be typos.
And on another worksheet I got 20/20. Can’t believe it.

Hiya do u study in the uk and if so was u able to to use a calculator in every exam ?

No, I teach in the United States. Calculators are allowed in some classes but not all.
