PERFECT!! Thank you for posting this informative video! For that post-workout “glow” before I can shower, I keep a box of unscented baby wipes in a box (I add Sea Breeze Astringent to the wipes!!) Excellent to wipe away sweat from face, neck, armpits, etc on the go! Afterwards, I spray alcohol with lavender/peppermint essential oil drops in the pits, chest and the middle of my back (like Dr. Bronner’s hand sanitizer.) Instant air conditioner! You can also make your own hand sanitizer by putting 70 or 90% alcohol with lavender and/or peppermint essential oils in a small spray bottle.
