5 hour video on guard retention for no gi? Yes please! :)
Good video. Love the Jon Thomas tip. His expert series on Grapplers Guide is amazing. I have a lot of work on timing but conceptually I feel like I at least know why I am getting my guard passed. I have watched that series a bunch of times and I still pick up little nuances here and there.
That post is a game changer for me
Awesome Jason. Basic but funny how you forget hese things. Thx for the shout out also. John 😊
A solid refresher, thanks!
Nice brother. Keep up the great work.
I just discovered Jason and his instruction video. Pretty great stuff.
Liked and Subscribed! Great tips
The Jon Thomas tip about framing to prevent my hip from being rotated is great. I just need to get better at recognizing when I need to put that frame up. So far I've been too late and only remember to do it after I've been passed.
Phase 3 of the Grapplers Guide fundamentals program will help you out with this for sure 😊. That's the next phase to be added to the site!
