Is this Chinese or Japanese, I dont recognise the language or writing as japanese but maybe I am wrong as I dont speak either and thought it would be Japanese but I am unsure...wish there was a translation...Maybe Korean?
You can turn on Auto-translate->English under Closed-Captions but it's a very literal and awkward translation. Deciphering it probably requires a reasonable understanding of carpentry and construction to extrapolate from the context where idioms and metaphors just don't make sense when transliterated.
