Dear Sarah, thank you so much for your NCLEX videos! They have done for me more than the hundreds of Power Points without a point could ever do, which is very sad for me to say. There truly is something reassuring and comforting about a person (you) just standing there with a writing board and pen and explaining what so many stressed-out students are trying to understand and learn. Thank you!
My favorite UA-cam nurse ever!!! You always cover everything (patho, nursing interventions; patient education) the old fashioned way, way better than my teachers...Thank you for your dedication!
Thank you so much taking the time to leave this kind compliment. I'm glad you enjoy the video and it was easy to understand. I wish you the best in your studies!
Hello, I just want to thank you for all you do. I pray God keeps using and blessing you, you are so smart and wise, and I know you are a blessing to so many people. Keep up the good work. Much love and respect. Oh, and I love your hair. 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this kind comment. I'm so glad you like my videos and they're helping you out! May God continue to bless you in your studies!
This video was done 6years ago but see how relevant it still is! Even in 10years time from now it will still be because Sarah decided to make landmarks in life via her teaching techniques. Sarah you are not just a teacher to me but an inspiration to be the absolutely best I was designed to be just like you. Thank you for making this clinical journey easy.
i read through my book about this a few times, but your lecture really put it together. thank you so much for making your material available, i love all your videos.
I’m a medical student but I love to fill my gaps with your basic information. Simple is highly necessary and thanks for the fundamental and simplistic knowledge 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had a kidney biopsy after a doctors visit and was told I have C3 Glomerulonephritis. I’m 57 yr old and stay feeling bad. I have a lot of these symptoms. Swelling of the face, hands, feet, legs , and stomach. High blood pressure, foamy urine , dizziness, stomach aches, and frequent trips to the bathroom. I was put on a generic med of Cellcept and Prednisone for 6 months but was taken off them because doctors said that it was not helping me. Now all he says he can do is monitor my lab works and go from there. Until then I’m taking Bp meds, fluid pills, stomach meds.
I also have had lung surgery to remove fluid from my right lung. About a quart of fluid. Was in the hospital for a week. And have had trouble with my breathing for years now.
I could sure use some help in identifying cardiac problems as they relate to the findings on an EKG. For example, S3, S4 sounds are hard for me to distinguish when they occur after S1 but before S2 sounds and what does a S3 gallop mean, and does it occur after S1, or S2 and what do prolonged QRS complexes mean? HELP !!! Thanks
Hello again :) I actually have several lectures that could help you understand heart sounds (differences between them and their location) along with interpreting EKGs. Heart Sounds: ua-cam.com/video/H48WsyIjFs0/v-deo.html EKG series: ua-cam.com/video/-X9rYD8zSQg/v-deo.html I hope that helps :)
