I never knew what prioritizing your sleep is until I got to university because wow like the fact that I have to choose between my degree and my sleep hurts 😭😭my sleep schedule so messed up Building a routine and sticking to it in uni is so hard because majority of uni life is not the same as it was in high school like it’s forever changing
When my teachers in high school said that you’ll see what we mean by plan your time accordingly they weren’t joking 24hours in university feels like nothing 😭✋🏾
